There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

Life was so much easier 15 years back calling 121, talking to someone and getting issue resolved asap. **Note the support team at centers are polite and helpful, this is not about them.**
