Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

He told that, he will call us back. But no response till now.. The residents adjacent to our home had successfully installed FTTH and they are using the same... But why mine is still delayed !? Why the technicians are lethargic in migration from AirFiber to FTTH!?
