Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

I recharged my sim with a 3999 recharge a 5g unlimited plan, it never runs smooth and interrupted. Airtel is getting bakwaas month by month. Porting to Jio!

Repeated disruptions make this one of the worst broadband services. I’m now left with no option but to disconnect and switch to another provider. @airtelindia
