Hey @airtelindia , I have been suffering over your network as the Internet connectivity keeps toggling between 2g and 4g. And since from this morning there is literally no sign of connective signal. Resolve my isse ASAP as I won't mind going for some other operator.

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia horrible DTH service in Goa. I think it’s time to switch to a different service provider. Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Worst service and customer support by @airtelindia @Airtel. Almost nil network coverage since jun 2021 on 4 of my postpaid connections. Made several complains, but every time they ask for 14 days and later @airtel drop a sms in 10 - 12 days that your complain has been closed.
