Is there a provision that a person can go to an @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence store to complain about broadband? Because the incompetent people at Airtel aren't able to fix an internet problem in 4 days. Heck I would probably get a new connection in less than that.

@airtelindia it's been two days service outage of broadband at my home,raised complaint and spoke to customer care but no action was taken till now...this is not the first time it is happening frequently in our area. In a month we are able to use the internet service only 20days

@airtelindia Dont go with Airtel it’s worst then any other I was useing act previously that was good but they frequently charge penalties then I shifted to hathway that is aslo good but it take 24 hours to resolve prblms then I took Airte and got to know it is even worst than local internet

@Airtel_Presence This is completely different information I was given at the time of installation. I was told that any issue outside my flat will be taken care by airtel only as they have installed the MDU. @airtelindia
