Rushed to airtel store but the staff says has been facing such issues, no server etc.. Not expected from airtel... Thinking of porting.

When dialing 198 it's of no use, it says press 1 for prepaid, when I press 1 it doesn't accept and keeps on moving forward with other options... @airtelindia
