@airtelindia The app doesn't have enough options or I don't see options to get my issue addressed. If you can help that'd be great or I'll regret my choice of porting my number to Airtel and go back to @Idea where I wasn't cheated by reducing data limit asking me to buy internet pack again.

speed of 3G was destroyed before the arrival of 4G. now, 4G is being spoiled. For the lost few months, Airtel's 4G internet speed is running like 2G. Speed is very poor at places like jiya mau and gomati nagar in Lucknow and Himmatganj in Prayagraj. @airtelindia #SunilMittal
