    @airtelindia I have been raising issues of internet failure at my place from last 2-3 months but everytime a complaint get registered on Airtel Thanks App and ask to wait for 2-3 weeks and same case happen again and again. I can't connect on voice with customer support also. Help

    @airtelindia I asked your execs to cancel the service, and that I would go with another connection. Because I work in a company where it’s required for me to be online 9 hrs in a day. With no internet. It’s not possible. After multiple calls and calls, Airtel did nothing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the customer support by the name of Anas / Anis was so rude ! Zero empathy ! when I demanded to speak to a supervisor , he kept me on hold for more than 12 mins. After that when I called back twice after disconnecting !

    @airtelindia I have been charged for disney hotstar subscription. The funny part is Thanks app shows no active subscription and even hotstar shows renew your account. Then why I have been charged for it. Called customer support but no resolution. Now I think I need to file an GD.

    @airtelindia Facing issues with Airtel Xtreme Wi-Fi. Some apps fail to load properly on Wi-Fi—Facebook, Amazon Pay, and even some banking apps don’t open or take too long. The same apps work perfectly on mobile data. Please check and resolve this issue.

    I've been noticing for the past two to three months that the @reliancejio Network isn't working at all. The entire village is frustrated because they can't get any work done. In this situation, I want to thank @airtelindia for providing such a good network. When you talk to Jio's customer care, they say that the issue will be resolved in 2-3 working days, but that's not happening.All the villagers are frustrated and are porting their numbers to Airtel. Please look into this matter. I request @reliancejio to take immediate action in Village:- Kashisarapati Post:- Hargarh City:- Mirzapur Pincode:- 231313.
