The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. Jio says I requested port-out, while Airtel says my number is currently active with Jio. Please investigate unauthorised porting issue and guide me on the appropriate action.

When I wanted to get it disconnected because I no longer stayed there, they gave me my money's worth . It took me several months to get it done because they said if you don't need it transfer it some one from your family. Mean while I kept paying the bill without ever using it . It became like an albatross around my neck .
