Major day time outage and there is no concept of reimbursement for the days cost which is already paid for. So @airtelindia. It's funny they are launching so called innovative network slicing etc.

My static ip is not working, internet is dead. Router was changed.. nothing helped! Customer care gives same repeated answers.
