    So apparently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gives a working network only if you recharge with an unlimited plan. From the time my quarterly plan has expired, and I continued with the basic recharge of ₹49. I see the network disappearing and most of incoming calls on the number

    @ Streamline the operation of mobile company Airtel , There is no coverage in many places in kerala, Sabarimala, Erumely etc… however we raised a complaint against the network issue, unfortunately there is no response from Airtel team to improve the system @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i had a SIM Card and it was not recharged for a long time. And now it's not activating by recharging the number. I needed that SIM urgently as many of tge documents are attached with that mobile number. So please help my regarding this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been almost 6 months since the connection was terminated. The modem and related devices were also collected within a month of terminating the connection. Still no refund! Really pathetic consumer service.. 😡

    Worst turn around time by @airtelindia Launching 5G won't matter if you fail to deliver on existing 4G network. It's been multiple complaints and no resolution of issues for internet connectivity. Been an user for 9 years and the customer experience gets worse day by day.

    @airtelindia This is for your kind notice. while you pompous yourself as the fastest 5G provider across metro cities, customers like me are struggling to get basic services. Even though I am located in a prime location of Bengaluru the service which you offer here is pathetic.
