    @Airtel_Presence As stated in my earlier tweet the info was totally wrong inspite of having provided correct info to Ur backend and hence it is as good as no resolution of the problem, so don't try to avoid accepting mistakes in your systems @airtelnews @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bullshit service, ordered hdbox 2 sim and add-on extreme boxunder one family plan. It's been 4 days but my extreme box is not activated yet. Your dombivli dealer Tanaji is worst and has no idea at all just fake promises.Will not recommend at all.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ve one of the worst customer service depts. 1. Takes forever to connect. 2. I sent a port out req and your customer service exec called to ask the reason. He did not listen to my reason, instead kept blabbering in a very rude voice fyi. Ugh!

    @airtelindia unethical practices adopted by you. Whenever your technician visits for addressing any complaints, they cut the cable of other operators. It creates problems to others.
