    Since the day i have bought this Airtel postpaid connection i.e 23-Aug-2019. Not for a single moment I've got good connection,and now its time to pay the bills 4 the service I've never experienced,sorry @airtelindia I am not paying it this time,kindly disconnect @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia yor customer care executives at ghatkopar east Tilak road are behaving like they are the bosses of customers. A marathi speaking lady was speaking in english while customer was requesting to talk in marathi. He was unable to understand English.

    Very poor network of all telecom companies. 2000 to 2010 Decade we experienced best quality network but nowdays Call Drop, poor voice is daily routine reality. @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Fraud service. Recharged 410 Rs. Technician came to replace STB and taken 500 Rs for this and service charge. Airtel also deducted all my balance for same as above.

    @airtelindia I just dial in 121 for some queries and want to speak with customer care But got IVR response saying "all executives are busy, plz call after sometime" don't u care about your customers if the lines are busy can't you arrange for call back Thinking to port seriously.

    @airtelindia internet is too slow...i try to contact Airtel care but no response...i am facing problem from past 2 month...i am not new user....I used it from 7 to 8 year and it is not prepaid its postpaid..i am given more the 6 complain to costumer care but no response..

    It's been more than a month now and i am only able to use 5-6 GB of data out of 75 gb data plan. Feeling great to experience the worst service ever, even after notifying about every issue faced, still no resolution except automated responses. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I would say port it to @airtelindia atleast you get better network... not sure if they would do the same but atleast have good network and trust me you have to pay the bill, Vodafone doesn’t listen to what we have to say... best of luck for fighting with corporate goons

    It has been a year now , still no network coverage inside home at Aryan One Badlapur Maharashtra .To call anyone we need to go near window beacuse inside home there is no network present at all. Around 500 airtel users facing the issue .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint.. I recharged on 8th September of 398INR validity 82 days.. On 29th September my SIM got damaged(not my mistake). I visited Airtel Gallery on Monday (i.e. 30th September) .. They said we hav to give new SIM..All fine till then (1/2)

    And the #rottentomato for customer service award goes to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence because Airtel doesn't care.. My corporate sim which was damaged couldn't be replaced for 6 days and when my company has issued NOC for transfer of Sim Ownership they just give absurd reasons
