    Looks like @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should have their license terminated by @TRAI . Unreasonable downtime and unacceptable resolution TAT of 4 hours for Xtreme fibre. Cannot even reach out to customer care as ivr is designed in a way to not connect to support person

    @airtelindia SIM 9967859075 is not working despite change of SIM slots, rebooting/switch off-on of mobile set - msg "not reachable/switched off/no Internet -i am on oxygen support - in cases of emergency how shd i contact others- pls look into d matter ASAP & arrange for solution

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia one of the warst customer service. Complaint raised on 4 Feb 2022 was closed without giving complete resolution so same was re-opened of 16th Feb 2022 but yet to receive resolution for @ airtel team

    @airtelindia My wife's WhatsApp is hacked. Had blocked the services of that Airtel number but still the hacker has access of the same WhatsApp number. Kindly guide us with the same with reference to closing the WhatsApp account. SR#4WST20221109819819813 complaint no.

    @airtelindia It's really pathetic service as i booked Airtel Xtreme,and believe as we are not getting good internet service from Airtel but will get good service at delivery of Xtreme box and setup everything it is worst ever no body is responding as we live in palava city

    25 days and counting & there’s no response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on my query. Not even a call back! This’s where decline starts, the beginning of the end. U feel so invincible that u think u can run even without any customer!!!

    @airtelindia contacted Airtel support and stated that I would not opt for ₹698/day when a ₹133 + GST pack was available. I was assured that the matter adjusted during billing. However, upon receiving my bill, I was charged for two packs—₹3999 and ₹2999—within just 15 days.

    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Received a call from escalation team on 27 April that confirmed about assigning Engineer within 24 hours to install the set top box, but no response since then, very poor performance, no hope now, thinking to surrender the existing wi-fi also
