Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

Crappy @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia makes money by taking customers for a ride. Know this, people - older customers are continued on higher tariffs even when the prices are slashed. They don't pass it on. Customer 'loyalty' is misused. Bad, unethical practices. CC:@TRAI
