    @JioCare Since two days Jio Fiber is not working , raised complaint yesterday no one contacted me and visit of technician rescheduled two times. I want to surrender my both jio fiber connection immediately I am also using @airtelindia broadband they hv best customer services.

    More then 24 hours Internet service is completely down very poor service by @JioCare on 1 minute late recharge they cut or slow down your services but here they have no answers. I must say @airtelindia is much better then Jio in case of customer care..? 😠@reliancejio #Jiodown

    Dear @airtelindia,I bring to your notice that it's been 17 days since I had made my #DTH relocation request followed by 3-4 reminders/complaints. But my complaint isn't resolved yet. I contacted customer care executives a few times but all I have got is false assurance. Pls care.

    @JenishaRani @airtelindia That's their standard response :) push them a few more times and you will be able to predict what their response would be. Just so pointless. I've had three service requests created and auto resolved in 2020 and they had the audacity to ask for a feedback.
