    @rohandas231 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nothing will happen.. They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

    @vihangsmavani @airtelindia @airtelindia call centers really having the worst lead management. Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us. And again getting the calls.

    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care exp. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    No response after repeated requests and tweets from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Time to move on from crappy networks after putting up with their crap and prices since many years You position yourself as premium network?, FYI, its practically garbage

    @airtelindia i have been struggling to get my connection disconnected as every time your executives r giving false excuses and assure call back with resolution.. not sure if this is new way of customer retention...be competitive rather using these fake gimmicks

    @airtelindia, do not cancel your wifi connection with them even if you call customer service. They made me pay a closing fee and still havent cancelled my wifi. Been trying to cancel it for months.

    Adding Airtel sham services ,post visiting store they can still fix back update in there cheapest crm software they are using . All i get hear bull from @airtelindia we working since 28th April , they messed by unbundling blacknaccount and now they can't get it back

    @airtelindia I think it's now time to switch to different carriers like @JioCare @excitel_rocks and many more not to airtel anymore. Faced many problem during installation and after installation my IPTV was installed after 10-15 days but still paid to that time because of your ******* store.

    @airtelindia I have already shared all details via DM regarding my incorrect Wi-Fi bill, but there has been no response or resolution yet. I have also contacted customer care earlier without any solution. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.

    @airtelindia Airtel is the worst service in India. They blocked the access to human customer care, when Vasuli comes suddenly, human calls will appear. The company wants money, no customers, shameless company of India.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests fir poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was c9ntacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
