@airtelindia impossible to contact your cc executive on 121 & your airtel thanks app is unable to register a complaint for my this landline number (01204903020); which is running only 4 mbps speed presently. I request to change this speed atleast to 40 mbps asap. My9717143777 not connect 121

In last one year, I had experience that @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has lot of system related issues and, I am convinced that #Airtel is incompetent in resolving it. Only implementing AI to answer customers will not work. @DoT_India they really need good tech expert
