    Hey @airtelindia I reached my dad’s phone with ₹100/- but he didn’t received outgoing even after receiving talk time of ₹81.75/- Now when I checked what is the problem I got to know that I have mistakenly recharged the phone with a wrong plan, which was discontinued. (1/1)

    @airtelindia ISP customer facing too many issue. Many times links get down. No body care in Airtel to get the link up. ISP customer also paying you for services but Airtel is not able to take care.

Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us.     @rohandas231 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Nothing will happen.. They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is my 5G network secretly draining my daily 2GB 4G pack? Hit the 300GB FUP and now even though my phone shows 5G connection and hits 400Mbps, my 4G quota is being eaten up. Completely stranded with no internet. Look into this ASAP

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.
