@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had applied 5 days back for Airtel Xstream fiber connection and had paid 6 month advance, till now no response,no connection.I had a call on 121,they responded in rude way saying we will connect to a senior person,and just kept the call on hold.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service person came found damage in cable coming from hub to home, asking money for getting it changed. He repaired something and taken 50 Rs asking for 100Rs without any recipt. Also is it justified to take cable charges???

@airtelindia I'm at Police line, Mathura, U.P. pin code 281001 since last 10 months. Airtel network is very poor here. I chose Airtel from Jio to get a better network but it's all opposite, Airtel tower is as near as 50mtr of me but still facing network problem. Plz solve it asap

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence (2/2) they said they don't deal with postpaid number, for that you have to go to Satna, which is 150 km. Now I have all my MFA's and bank accounts linked with only this number. I am not even able to complaint by my Airtel app. Calling 198 don't work.
