@airtelindia Hey Team, Wow that's sounds good! You guys we're replying same lines from last 1yr but still you site were not upgraded. #wtf Are you guys really upgrading or just telling lie to the customers. In this 1 year 3-4 visits were done by your team and still no improvement.

Horrible experience!! So-called (maximum without proper engineering degree) service engineers started using slang with customers. But the high end to root level authority speaks not even after knowing all facts. Really alarming @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

Moving to a new place , things to be done (first thing first) 1. Change default home address for @swiggy_in , @Uber & @bigbasket_com , @amazonIN 2. Get a broadband connection (@reliancejio slow responses makes me @airtelindia customer) And most things get sorted !

@Renuks @airtelindia Agreed. They only active team is the social media with standard response. Airtel has lowered its standards for sure. Try @reliancejio Not vouching or high hopes but least they are new and willing to take that extra mile. Signal is available at remote places.
