    @airtelindia We looking for a DTH connection on urgent basis. Already booked the same on yesterday via Airtel website. Also received a call for urgent installation but till now no body bother to install the same. If possible kindly support to resolve this.

    Day 0: @Airtel_Presence assures transfer will be done the very next day. SURPRISE! Day 1: waiting for @airtelindia angels to arrive, instead got regret. Day 2-5: tomorrow for sure, 24 hours max. Day 5: Enters CS dude Rudra, "hang in there" Day 7: SILENCE. FO Airtel. You suck.

    @airtelindia my complaint no 117867516 for wifi network down due to amphan on 20th was registered only on 27th inspite of mailing to your nodal and appellate authority. Till date it is not restored and you have audacity to send me bill on 4h June @TRAI @DoT_India

    All the customer service numbers provided have been contacted and they had stated via Mail that 21 St may they'll come and repair the dish tv. Till today there has been no service neither did anyone turn up for the repairing services. @airtelindia

    @deepank_ds @JioCare They are here just to make money from you. have not refunded me deposit since 1 yr after taking back device. They will auto cancel all the request, never bother to reply mails, helpline works on bot. You are left alone to help yourself. They do not have stores like @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My Airtel Fibre connection has been without internet for over a week. I raised complaints on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, but no service engineer has visited despite repeated assurances. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Complaint No: 11034700111.

    @airtelindia disgusting service just have an existing air fiber connection moved from one building to another in the same society. Wait time 3 days and still nothing. Customer service just asks u to wai for a call and nothing happens. Make u wait til EOD and say not possible.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi shifting requests were repeatedly cancelled. Your store took payment for a fiber connection that your engineer later confirmed isn’t available at my address. I then requested AirFiber transfer, but I still have no resolution or refund. Unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence As per my information, it is not at all raining in Mumbai for the past 4 days but @airtelindia connection is still down (8th day today). Maybe Mumbai rains have a special affinity for Airtel only. The connection worked partially yesterday for some time, but it is down again.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On 9540600755, unlimited 5G recharge is useless as no internet is running indoor on 5G at House number 1946, Street number 21, Krishna Kunj, Nayagaon, near Maruti Kunj, Bhondsi, Gurgaon, 122102. Customer service is worst, no 5G internet working
