    The worst service from @airtelindia .I have requested the installation of BB a month back but they delayed installation and i have to cancel that and now again i raised the request but this time also after billing i am getting the same excuse from the team.Order id 2129279199710

    Horrible experience!! So-called (maximum without proper engineering degree) service engineers started using slang with customers. But the high end to root level authority speaks not even after knowing all facts. Really alarming @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    Day 0: @Airtel_Presence assures transfer will be done the very next day. SURPRISE! Day 1: waiting for @airtelindia angels to arrive, instead got regret. Day 2-5: tomorrow for sure, 24 hours max. Day 5: Enters CS dude Rudra, "hang in there" Day 7: SILENCE. FO Airtel. You suck.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.

    @airtelindia Hey Team, Wow that's sounds good! You guys we're replying same lines from last 1yr but still you site were not upgraded. #wtf Are you guys really upgrading or just telling lie to the customers. In this 1 year 3-4 visits were done by your team and still no improvement.

    Was in need of a #Landline, thought @airtelindia could help with it, but it seems @airtelindia is not #tech #savvy yet, @TRAI has allowed #VoIP, #BSNL is using it for Mobile Numbers, and it would take ages for #BSNL to hit the #Landlines, @airtelindia please bring #VoIP

    @Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia issue finally resolved after months (since Oct 2025), but no clarity on refund. I was billed throughout despite repeated disconnection requests and tickets being closed without resolution. Expect full refund of charges. Awaiting response.

    @airtelindia i have shifted from Jio Fiber to airtel around 4 months back but this is the worst experience of my life for wifi services most of the time its not working or disconnecting every 10 minutes Your app doesn't work on mobile data it only works with airtel wifi

    @airtelindia @AnirbanSarangi we're sorry as your Airtel Wi-Fi installation with order ID 21-163630574335 has been rescheduled. Our Engineer Safan Khan (07942742046) will visit you on 09-Apr-2026 at 10:00 AM for the installation process. This person has not pickup the phone and solution still pending
