    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been getting constant calls and harassment from Airtel customer care, Kolkata. There’s specifically one or two executives who are continously calling and using bad language, harassing and asking about a payment which haa already been made.

    @airtelindia lost connectivity after rain, all airtel mobiles are showing no range, the diagnostic tool fails when there is no network, when you start hotspot some other device it shows wrong errors of start 4G or VOLTE Any way of raising complaint in app would be welcome

    @airtelindia is the customer liable to pay your bills if most of the time your network is so poor that even text messages does not go through , forget about calls. Pathetic and poor services. @DoT_India dont u have any such clause where customer is compensated.
