    @airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.

    Day 0: @Airtel_Presence assures transfer will be done the very next day. SURPRISE! Day 1: waiting for @airtelindia angels to arrive, instead got regret. Day 2-5: tomorrow for sure, 24 hours max. Day 5: Enters CS dude Rudra, "hang in there" Day 7: SILENCE. FO Airtel. You suck.

    @airtelindia I have raised a airtel fixed line complaint no 116637564 subscriber Dr Santanu Sanyal on 25th march 2020 today morning they informed over sms that they are looking into the issue and the telephone is dead having no dialtone .this number is linked to airtel broadband

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.

    @airtelindia what is happening to your service? We booked a guy from your website to setup our wifi, he came , told us the plan , told us we have to pay the amount upfront to book the slot, we paid 1500 rupees, he said he will get it done on 3rd may , by 11 am #airtel
