Zero empathy ! when I demanded to speak to a supervisor , he kept me on hold for more than 12 mins. After that when I called back twice after disconnecting !

Because I work in a company where it’s required for me to be online 9 hrs in a day. With no internet. It’s not possible. After multiple calls and calls, Airtel did nothing.
