    Extremely sad experience with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia trying to get in touch with custcare exec since 3 days no luck,sim gone down suddenly. no way to communicate as well.posted a DM here,no response on that as well,it seems Airtel has stopped working.

    @airtelindia SIM card stopped working abruptly, after 20 days I managed to get a new sim and it just won't activate. Airtel, even Vodafone seems like a better option now. Worst customer experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Your 3G and 4G services don't work in Vasco Goa area. Very bad network here. Range drops to zero level and regains after 1 min.

    @airtelindia horrible DTH service in Goa. I think it’s time to switch to a different service provider. Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

    @airtelindia being an Airtel Black customer from last 3yrs, your wifi has been not working since last 48 hours and every time the customer care team just increases the timeline of delay and asks me to wait. Its ridiculous. I have been facing this technical glitch every alternate*

    Highly disappointing! @airtelindia It's been 2 whole days since the wifi is down in Sector 4 Gurgaon After repeatedly complaining you've given false hopes about it getting restored at 730, 1330 then 1930 and it's still down! It's 21st century n airtel is stuck in stone age 🤡

    Airtel Wi-Fi is a joke. A little rain and the internet is GONE. Yesterday it was down, today it’s down again — this happens almost every time. Customer support is even worse. Useless Meanwhile, local providers work fine in the same weather and actually answr Worst @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel team, this is not solved yet. We are preparing for a hackathon, and the internet issue is a really big roadblock. We have tried everything to get this solved; at this moment, it is really disappointing & disrespectful as a user.
