@BhoirCor your team only knows to send pre defined reply. #vodafoneidea customer care is pathetic. If the company people don’t know how to service, than why at all do they run behind connections. I appreciate @airtelindia #airteliot for the prompt service, automation are good.

@sanketgujrathi3 @airtelindia Actually, at Pincode 416521 there is zero network my home town, and my businesses are in Goa. There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

We are residing in residential complex with 500 flats and next to industrial zone SEEPZ Counting total to more than 5000 expected user and @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia are unable to deliver good network in this zone. Any one reading tweet suggest other network in SEEPZ Andheri.
