Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Yesterday, I raised a request and one of your executives said she has done and I’ll have to wait for 4 hours to reflect in my account. Now, today, when I called up again, another executive, who doesn’t know how to speak to customers, said it’s not possible to cancel/remove the Apple TV Subscription from my account. She also said it’s “FREE”. Since when is Apple TV free? Even if’s free, I would still want it to be cancelled. If you aren’t cancelling/removing the subscription from my account, I’ll be porting my voice and WiFi services to Jio. It’s your call. And I can tell you’ve lost many customers in my apartment complex.. be ready for some more folks to follow suit.
