    @raghunair29 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia True. Besides dey need to clarify in writing if the Government has permitted to ask for ADHAR card. As far as identification yes dey can ask for Pan and a person can physically cross check d ADHAR, but to ask for it on the net is asking for trouble. I don't mind not having Airtel

I have raised many such complaints and shameless @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence executives will close the complaint without any action .No body will tell me anything either through call or text msgs .     Is there anyway to contact @airtelindia ? I'd raised a broadband connection shift request 7 days back, no response yet. Your customer care, mobile app, local stores, Twitter messages; none works efficiently. I had to tweet to get your attention towards a long pending work.

    @airtelindia horrible customer care phone service. You cannot reach to a point where you get you problem listed. No body is there to listen to you. I’m paying for DTH channels but blocked for viewing. Nobody listens.
