@airtelindia I paid a 3 month subscription fee to avail wifi, it has been over 3 days now it has not been installed and your service agent has stopped taking my calls, if this is the kind of service I should expect in future, kindly share the process of cancellation and refund.

@nishalroat @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Yes exactly, they claim that on registering complaints through the app, they will definitely take action but since years I am seeing nothing happens... After all Airtel doesn't provide stable 4G network like Jio...so better to go with Jio which is a pure 4G network unlike Airtel.
