    @airtelindia been an airtel subscriber for more than 22 years, have this huge complaint. My phone refused to connect to network and have been complaining for three days and yesterday went to nearby store to get SIM replaced but still NO NETWORK.. Not done Airtel .Too complacent

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @airtelindia If you try to contact #Jio Customer Support, they will actually let you speak to human customer support staff via call. And they resolve issue immediately. While on #Airtel, there was only IVR menu or you can create a ticket from App. No human will answer your query.
