    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal my father's sim card stopped working suddenly on Saturday & we have visited airtel service center on 15th Nov. We were given a duplicate sim at 6.30 pm after verification of document. The sim is still not activated since 48 hrs. Pls help

    @airtelindia Broadband is down from almost 2 days here in lingampally area specially in few apartments near nallagandla flyover lingampally hyderabad. Why is it slow pace to fix this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We r really disappointed with ur broadband service quality. Ur routers hv pathetic range, ur support staff is useless n not willing to help, even after subscribing to #AirtelBlack its of no use. It's been almost a month I hv been calling ur support

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's been a rocky start.. I've sat with the number for 25 minutes, on 121 not able to reach a human being to talk to, to activate VoWiFi calling... There seems to be no interest in the customer after they port into your network

    @Airtel_Presence I requesed for broadband connection shifting request (within city ) 4 days ago but i am not getting response from customer care too, this very bad service from @airtelindia does not bothered about customer problem .

    @airtelindia there is no signal at all even standing outside our home, forget the signal at home… many times complained, no response. The whole lane with shift to other operators. u r loosing customers.. pls look. Thx.

    @airtelindia i have subscribed for broadband with 200 Mbps and since last 3 days the internet is not working & despite repeated reminder the ticket remains unresolved /do I get it disconnected and opt for other network Don't know how to escalate

    @airtelindia Hi 4G internet in my area does not work at all, we have to survive on jio. Do you want us to switch to jio completely ? Pathetic service . We have to go on the roof to access airtel internet.

    @airtelindia I got a replacement sim at 4pm today and was told it would be activated in 2-4 hours. Just called customer care and they said there was not request placed for activation!!!! It's been 5 hours and its impacted my business!!! Can't generate OTP, no one can contact me!!

    @airtelindia whenever i reach airtel customer care for slow internet speed on my airtel broadband, they recommend plan change which i agree to and ticket is raised. After few mins backed closes that with no action.3rd time today in last 2 weeks.

    @airtelindia after so many complaints @airtelindia team is unable to provide us good network..day by day the network is getting worst. Frequent network lost at every location and internet service is also getting worst..always buffering even I am having 4g service
