Very poor response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for my complaint. My job needs to hook up to data 24x7 and these people aren’t solving problem inspite of repeated reminders. For 10 days int roaming charged 4000₹ with no network.Time for alternative operator. #sickofairtel

@FullTosss @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Alright solved the issue. Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

Just received the call from social media team at @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and they resolved the issue by correcting error in backend server, restored and activated my calls. Apurva Tripathi from SM team assured me of all help. It was nice soothing experience call from them.
