I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

Now again eSIM transfer (12→14 Pro) failed after confirmation, no QR for 2 days. Old eSIM deactivated, no network. Forcing store/KYC while I’m abroad is not feasible. Fix this & send QR or reactivate now.
