@airtelindia Dalhousie is the downtown of Kolkata and reaching office at 9 AM.. Airtel Broadband and Phone is not working on a Monday. What can be more frustrating? Complain booked- 138987772 and expected to be resolved by 3:30 PM. Entire working day lost due to Airtel. #airtel

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been getting constant calls and harassment from Airtel customer care, Kolkata. There’s specifically one or two executives who are continously calling and using bad language, harassing and asking about a payment which haa already been made.

@airtelindia’s Fiber has been not working suddenly for the last 3 hours and despite lodging complain from the Thanks app, there has been no solution. Will Airtel refund me the money lost for all the time Internet is not on? Absolutely disgusted by this random outage.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.
