What a sorry state of @airtelindia .. lost ph yesterday .. went to their centre for replcing the SIM gave all the documents promptly at 6-30 pm. Told the activation wll b within 6 hrs.. now its 19 hrs running. SIM is still dead .. Pathetic service 😡😡

Facing problems with online recharge.Complained online but of no use,visited the customer centre where they kept shifting the liability on other executives. After 1 hr the response came that least they can do is lodge a complaint.@TRAI @airtelindia request you to look into this.

@airtelindia fiber lines are being cut by the competition in Hoodi area. Apparently this is a thing that commonly happens in #Bangalore when you introduce a new service provider to an apartment complex. Airtel was down 3 times for half a day each in past week alone :(
