@Airtel_Presence @PrateekAgru @airtelindia if you close down your broadband service it will be good for all. The worst thing is these cheaters charge a hefty nin refundable amount for installation so that customer will have no option but to stick to their services. Jio fiber is the best in this way

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if a month has 30 days, your internet services do not work for 26 days. This hampers the growth of my business and inefficiency. Write a complaint and it takes forever for your team to fix the issue. Half the time your technicians deny to service.

@syednoor6208 @airtelindia Better to port from Airtel, but the problem is they have already charged non refundable hefty installation charges. So a customer gets stuck with these bunch of cheaters. JIO fiber is the best. They do free installation

I had one of the best experiences with @airtelindia! I called someone & they were out of network coverage and I got a message informing me that they are now available! From Business POV: They are creating awareness of the Airtel App!
