@airtelindia Providing essential service is outside the purview of lockdown since day 1. Still your airtel outlets are closed in Salt lake in one of the posh localities of kolkata. As a result of the fact broadband services are hampered after Amphan. Pls resolve SR 117914176.

@airtelindia The Best Worst service of Digital TV in India is Airtel. So much poor service that after 12 days of complaining no one come to resolve the issue. And every day call then and listing new story. This is why Airtel is Down and Jio is up day by day. @shashiarora12

@De_evil1 @airtelindia After Amphan most of the lines in one of the posh localities of salt lake is disconnected. The lines hv snapped. It is an essential service. You cannot shrug of the responsibility. We have to pay the Bill's from 20th May 2020. This is ridiculous and inhuman.

Continuation @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have tried calling the customer care number 121 and there is only hindi spoken in it and I don't know Hindi. Moreover laat month when I called 121 there used to be an option which would ask for language but now? Where is that option?

What's going on?? @airtelindia .. I have to send SMS .. & U r not offering any SMS service unless it is unlimited plan...& It is starting with Rs.149..So,if I have to send sms I have to recharge with min. Rs.149 plan which was Rs.1 per SMS few months back. @GoI_MeitY
