But after recharged it’s showing this offer not available. I’m using your service from last 9 years. And now I’m regretting. This happened twice.

For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business.
