What a bad connection...recharged with 4g datanot even giving 3g data. everytime getting information we are updating .does it takes a year to upgrade..shut down your company...don't give false promisesif it continues like this you will definitely lose customers @airtelindia

@airtelindia Horrible customer support. I had raised a request for broadband plan change on 10th March and still it is not resolved. All i get is a mail "our technical team is working to get it resolved within 24-48hours." Pathetic service. "Open to question" really??
