    @manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

    Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

    @i_theindian No problem,all those who left bsnl were accommodated as Additional Director Generals irrespective of their suitability in AIR/DD..even group D employee of Bsnl can be accommodated in Sr grade administrative cadre in AIR DD..please solicit them to throw an application..enough.

    @JioCare @JioGigaFiber_ if you are not able to provide the service please stop it. You dont have any escalation details even you people not bothering after raising service request. I called 30 times but no response. I am realizing why I disconnected Bsnl broadband and rely JIO.

    @rsprasad I am having DTH from BSNL if it works fine but any issues it takkes days to get it set right . No proper technical staff on field . Ravi Shankar Prasad ji Unless the Customer support and technicians are skilled the investment is futile and no use.

    @Aadhaar_Care @UIDAIHyderabad The center is BSNL, ECIL, Hyderabad. I never said non-functional. They are not acting according to the written instructions in the form. I will be happy if you settle my issue than taking action on the person.

    with other private players. Network problems. There is need to revamp the BSNL with techno intelligent staff. The Govt. must order all deptss. to use BSNL mobile phones only. Public out cry is to save this Public sector which is a National pride & ready to purchase atlest one sim

    @jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

    @bsnl_tt from past 2 weeks I have been complaining abt slow internet connection. Neither the local exchange no (Malkajgiri, HYD) works nor the concerned authorities respond. Being cust for 10 yrs, now I am vexed with your cust responsiveness. Good bye BSNL. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate Worst fibre service at pin 532213. Daily service outages. Bsnl workers switch off their phones as sson as problem comes. No communication with customers regarding the problem.

    Instead of make people fools shut down your Bharat fibre project so that we can move for another broadband service. Every day has problem with BSNL when someone ask they have straight forward answers that fault from WTR. Just down your project. @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH

    @timesofindia If one has ever been to a BSNL office, they'll surely know how pathetic the customer service is, the customers are at their mercy. I've disconnected my LL connection 3years back and have still not got back my initial deposit, such is their commitment. Sad!
