    Airtel network is worst in my colony, we get only one signal bar. inspite of repeated complaints since years no response from Airtel & replies network is good or upgrading in your area but never do any improvement. Hence I am porting to other network. Bsnl is better here.

    @bsnl_tt from past 2 weeks I have been complaining abt slow internet connection. Neither the local exchange no (Malkajgiri, HYD) works nor the concerned authorities respond. Being cust for 10 yrs, now I am vexed with your cust responsiveness. Good bye BSNL. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @rsprasad BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

    @BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

    In Two or Three months lo BSNL will Totally Closed ,,Total Employees Are Giving VRS ( Volentairly Retirement Scheme ) from last 15days,,May in future JIO will take over the BSNL broadband aswellas Mobile network . Modi ji & Ambaani ji BondinG .

    @bsnl_tt worst experience with BSNL . I have ported from Jio to BSNL by trusting them ,but the signal is too worst in Hyderabad. Even in some places there is no chance for 2G. Why you people are selling 4G sims Making people fools @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate after being on IVR call on 1503 from 6 30 am till 12 10 pm still playing useless add no customer service to help its best bsnl should be sold to private business tycoon so they screw their nuts and get best out of them and bsnl cheaters liars daciots stop lying

    @Aadhaar_Care @UIDAIHyderabad The center is BSNL, ECIL, Hyderabad. I never said non-functional. They are not acting according to the written instructions in the form. I will be happy if you settle my issue than taking action on the person.

    @rwac48 Sir ,lived in NE initially without mobile and internet and later with a post paid BSNL mobile connection. Rest of India was ahead. During significant part of my life it took 5 years to get a fixed line connection. Despite all these issues Indian democracy is sound. Noisy though

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP No response from BSNL concerned JTO to whom I am trying to contact since last two weeks. There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.

    @BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

    BSNL has started awarding contracts. Tejas has pending inventory for their projects. If they get BSNL order then that will help clearing their inventory and reduce ~3500 cr debt. And post that AI infra will be tailwind. Balance sheet may look different in sometime. #TejasNetwork

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @TRAI No you are not doing anything at your end . I just got the message in dm that visit local bsnl office for further resolution. This is the resolution you provide after 6 days . You should have told that on the first day.
