@DoT_India MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED BSNL vendors are interested to SALE their personal or local broadband connections but not in BSNL. My vendor is regularly sending me schemes & offers of other broadband companies even after I have cleared that I want to stick with BSNL.

My simple question is why local BSNL staff not answer in whatsapp before one week when i msgd him bcz they no need customers .they forcefully careless us to disconnect bsnl.this issue every month 3to4days. we pay fees need proper reply.
