    While talking on the telephone in my bsnl bharat fiber, it is making so much noise, it is not possible to talk properly, the line is not right, please fix it. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. It shows network signal but no VOLTE. Complained many times but not resolved. Internet and SMS sometimes works but no incoming and outgoing calls. Please resolve.

    @BSNL_KOTD My router taken by Service franchisee in Howrah under mullick fatak and surkikal exchange Howrah is not returned aftsr repairs even in warranty period. The local bsnl exchange people are also not helping me in this regard. I am not given the invoice by service franchis

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP I visited three times to upgrade my old sim to 4g. Every time, they all give excuses like servers down. As I am handicapped, going somewhere is a big task. The location of the BSNL office where I visited is Baijnath district kangra-176125.

    Today i was visit in sundarban west bengal there are all network operators provide good network and data connectivity except BSNL @BSNL_WB @BSNL_KOTD please upgrade network connectivity in this place which was UNESCO heritage area

    Though I bought BSNL sim in west bengal circle some years back, there is no 3G,4G network even bin Kolkata,let 5G be a dream. Why is the situation despite the centre pushing for BSNL net upgrade 😡

    @JM_Scindia Shri Scandia, I am one of those customers of BSNL fed up of the services offered by BSNL. Registered a NO INTERNET complaint, on 080 23241920. Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.
