If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM.
