    @TRAI Awareness about non availability of network and Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi by BSNL should be there so that the customers don't feel cheated This is very essential so that customer should buy another sim from other service providers or may not buy BSNL

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Team, My FTTH connection (08419-201773) has gone completely dead AGAIN today. The exact same issue has reoccurred just a few days after it was fixed. Please reopen my previous Docket Number: H1814193804411 or register a new urgent complaint.

    @Santosh13298329 If everyone ports their SIM to @BSNLCorporate with in a month, will BSNL actually be able to handle the network load at all locations? Or will it first improve and strengthen its network so that people can confidently start porting their numbers to BSNL?

    @Ajaykumaarji I am a bsnl customer for couple of years now. Your message sounds like you are paid by bsnl to promote. No offense. Because calls are not going and wwhen we raise complaint they close the tickets without solving it. I have the proof. Irresponsible bsnl.
