    @cgm_mh_bsnl sir I have complaint about landline and broadband since 15 days. I registered complaint online and manually at bsnl office yeola dist-nashik. but as usual there is no response from bsnl office. still I am facing the problem about broadband internet.

    @ftthbuddy @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Sry santosh, thats not my job. I pay bsnl for services, not for making me run from one portal to another. And why this new portal for complain? Isnt the complaint on official bsnl portal not good enough to make you guys work?

    Location is :- NTPC KANIHA TOWNSHIP. We do not even have the network coverage here !!! Why do you charge so much when you cannot provide some good service ? And next time please share the amount of time the network will be off !!!! @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate #frustration #BSNL

    We complained before several time there is no hearing,our problem is postponed as like we're taking service for free, if this continues in future the day is not far that the condition of jio will be worse than BSNL. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @BSNLCorporate we are facing pathetic service these days with recurrent issue of no internet on the ftth connection. Provider don't even inform about the down time nor respond to calls. Any issue happens take more than 2 days to resolve. Issue: bsnl Bihar, Sasaram

    @BSNLCorporate It is completely injustice to franchise. There is no ground examine or report provided to us from BSNL. There is no problem with our service. It is completely BSNL officials game. Pls investigate thoroughly on this.
