    I am a BSNL broadband customer 07454-294670. I contacted BSNL customer care to upgrade Wi-Fi plan but the executive disconnected the call and asked me to visit the BSNL office It is not practical for me to leave work and visit the office just for a simple upgrade. @bsnl_care

    Just think about this, to replace or upgrade a simple SIM card, BSNL expects a long term postpaid customer in Bengaluru to visit its state headquarters. Not for 100 corporate lines, not a 1Gbps leased connection, just one postpaid SIM. That’s how disconnected the system has become.

    @BSNLCorporate Very disappointed with BSNL customer service. I’ve called several times but no one answers or calls back. Today I tried to port my number to BSNL through the website. After completing the process and making the payment, the website crashed. Please assist me.

    @BSNLCorporate @ApCgm Everytime I try to make a payment using BSNL Selfcare app, it says server is slow please try after some time. It needs several attempts just to make a payment. This happens every month.

    @BSNLCorporate C086119962285 this is my complaint number for no signal since last 3 days . No action taken by BSNL. Imagine you recharge for 30 days and you get no signal for 3-4 days in a month,what a service by BSNL .weste of money. BSNL is big fraud
