Nupur Shandilya (@NupurShandilya) reported@Nitesh805181 IndiGo seems to be moving towards a monopoly while BSNL is still struggling with poor network quality, call echoes, and connectivity issues. Why isn’t the government improving BSNL? If the government keeps ignoring such basic issues, where is the common man supposed to go?

Anup (@IamAnupPall) reportedI have no issues with Jio, currently, they offer the best service. My question, why has neither UPA nor NDA govt managed to upgrade BSNL all over India ? Govt should invest in BSNL I am currently using BSNL 4G, and honestly, it offers good quality at low price. And I respect Jio because... In 2016 Jio revolutionized India's telecom industry. Before that, we used to get 1 minute of talk time for ₹1. We had to recharge separately for talk time and data. (Example: 300 for talktime + 400 for data days for 28 days). Today, India's affordable data, this is only because of Jio. Outside of India, data is nowhere near as cheap as it is in India. Data is very expensive in various countries right now. When Jio introduced a single recharge plan that combined data and talk time, all other service providers from AirTel, idea, Vodafone, Docomo, Aircel were against Jio. But why ? Because Jio made telecom services incredibly cheap in India, which drove other companies into losses...

Amit Khaitan (@AmitKhaitan03) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia Must have atleast 1 BSNL sim in mobile even if its in 2nd slot...its cheap so no issue of cost....

Pratik Kumar (@Pratikkumar321) reported@bsnl_care This attitude is exactly why BSNL is losing customers. For basic information about your own offer, you’re asking customers to visit a CSC instead of providing a simple answer. If customer care has no information about an advertised offer, that shows serious incompetence.

Balamurukan (@bawesme) reportedEven if you retain you got only two both have bad network and bsnl has poor network these days
-
Saste Deals (@SasteDeals) reported@saaaanjjjuuu I use both BSNL and Jio, but sometimes due to BSNL Network I feels like to port to some other companies. As we see plans of both Jio and Airtel keeps changing, my SIM porting plans dropped.
-
Ajay (@Ajaykumaarji) reportedIs it time to say Bye-Bye @airtelindia ? Years of trust now seem to be breaking down over expensive recharges. Airtel has removed several popular plans-₹299, ₹579, ₹619 and ₹649. Now the cheapest unlimited 5G option starts at ₹349. Network complaints are a separate issue, and recharges are getting more expensive… so where should customers finally go? 💔 Tell me-who is better- Jio, Vi or BSNL?
-
sachin asher (@sachinasher) reported@SidharthKourav BSNL has serious network issues. Practically useless for anyone who uses data regularly.
-
ARITRA (@Aritra_Argha) reported@SidharthKourav Using the both in West Bengal - Kolkata location --- vi is quiet good here - No data limit --- stable but slow as compared to Jio/airtel . BSNL is good for calling or a number which you want OTP only and for calls sometime.
-
Dillionaire (@dillionaire07) reportedIf Vi genuinely wanted to save the company, it should have offered cheaper and more attractive plans so that users from Jio and Airtel would have an incentive to switch to Vi. BSNL has understood this strategy and is offering affordable plans, but its biggest problem is network coverage and service quality
