I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

@BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

Hello Sir In our Area Ramchandra Nagar Shahada Maharashtra From last month BSNL tower is off due to payment every 2-3 months this issue occurred,we are recharge for years every time If you not able to provide services then refund the money @Anurag_Office @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate

If complaint lodged BSNL is askung to wait 72 hours and after that without solving the problem marking it as resolved. I again complain titheir call centre at 12.26 pm tday

@BSNL_OR BSNL had assured prompt service two days back and without soving the problem marked it as resolved and closed the case.Again today you are saying it has been assigned to concerned team.
