    I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

    @BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

    @FI_InvestIndia BSNL has a horrible network coverage; right in the middle of the city. I use BSNL as a secondary SIM. 🙄

    @sunthoshbabu @Geekytamizha_ Whats outcome of those protests? Do they lower? No it just makes everyone aware. And people r free to choose. Go choose bsnl if u want. Or if any other network is there as per ur convenience. Same way go to restaurant n have food. To avoid these service providers.

    @bsnl_care Hi team, @bsnl_care , The above mentioned issue is not related to my bsnl number. I have jio network. The thing is I'm receiving multiple spam calls mostly from bsnl registered numbers. Please check the numbers mentioned in the screenshots and help to reduce it. Thanks!

    @theanonlurker BSNL and some sarkari departments are their only customers. Which means that their products are not really competitive with global players yet. Govt must support and create policies so that they can become competitive.

    @BSNLEmployees BSNL has no service center in Mumbai it's really disappointed. When I sent a mail to MTNL they say you have BSNL sim and as BSNL has taken over MTNL they will not be able to help. Please let me know the service provider and center for complain in mumbai. No network

    @Sandeep19595 @gaze_observer According to a 2025 CAG report, BSNL failed to bill Reliance Jio for infrastructure sharing, leading to a claimed Rs 1,757 crore loss. However, BSNL disputed this, stating Jio paid over Rs 3,500 crore up to Dec 2024, with an addendum signed in Jan 2025. No further updates confirm full resolution as of Jan 2026.
