@sushantsareen Irrespective of What happened to the likes of KOO...and with a lesson learnt... Swadesi services could become a reality ...If GOI would look for a piece of action, it's should be competitive enough for profit in service models. For ex. india posts,BSNL where do they stand in mkt.

This is what I get... And the irony is, you can't be able to reopen the same ticket, once it is set to resolved by the BSNL team without any solution. You can't reach to the network team or any escalation matrix...

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate We are from Carmel Pre-Primary School, Jayanagar. Our BSNL fibre connection/landline is not working for a very long time. Complaint was given long back, but still not resolved. Mr. Murugan from BSNL Jayanagar is not responding to our calls.
