    Hey, I wanted an airfiber connection at my home town una (himachal Pradesh) but the responds are pathetic over there. First a customer has to run for your offices and they beg in front of your lineman for checking feasibility. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP #BSNL . 😡 pathetic.....!

    @BSNL_TN team I don't know, whether people are working in BSNL office or not. I had an issue so I contacted nearby BSNL office JE. After hearing my issues he didn't come back and no response also.

    @DoT_India Till now nobody contacted us reg. this. The ISSUE IS NOT YET RESOLVED (2+ yrs). This gives the impression that CONCERNED DEPT/AUTHORITIES IS LEAST BOTHERED ABT CUST PROBS and not keen abt resolving. This is kind of poor service we get. Request u to help. #BSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate shall i aspect some response here as well or simply pay the broadband bill without any service or usage. There is some 3rd service provided via BSNL broadband. Not sure who is responsible for this issue.

    @BSNLCorporate My complaint has not been appreciated correctly . Complaint concerns fibre franchisee of BSNL Ambala Cantt not Yamuna Nagar . Call received from BSNL Yamuna nagar in place of Ambala Cantt . Kindly take appropriate action . Thanks .
