    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Sir there has been consistent network issues with BSNL. I have been facing BSNL network issues for 2 to 3 years. In last 6 days network was available in this area only one day. And it is gone again. Kindly take some action. Regards

    @BSNL_HR your costumer service is not good even your representative didn't know how to talk with costumer. Too unprofessional service provider. I Hope BSNL will be private very Soon. BSNL was the best provider but yeh Sarkari job mentality is Destroying BSNL. Thank you 🙏

    Sir my bsnl fibre connection with number 06742914787 is not working since 24 hrs.please correct it and our area coordinator whose name i am not mentioning isn't worthy for his job.please take strict action against him.not picking call and useless man @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Sir, for a BSNL service disconnection, we have to go to the office and submit an application along with Bank passbook proof. There also, not all offices accept it. In today's fast IT world, this is another example of why BSNL is lagging behind.
