    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Sir there has been consistent network issues with BSNL. I have been facing BSNL network issues for 2 to 3 years. In last 6 days network was available in this area only one day. And it is gone again. Kindly take some action. Regards

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir I don't think we need 5G and digital India until basic installation ETA and customer service improve in BSNL. We have paid 6500 for Broadband connection and it show account active but No configuration done yet router.

    @Airtel_Presence crappiest fiber service. Seems Airtel is hell bent in competing with BSNL on down time. Xstream fiber is down since 22 hours. No priority or urgency of situation. They can't even explain what the problem is. Should have gone with @JioCare @fiber_jio.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not saying remove The Corona Audio Message. I am saying, while it is playing, please let the phone ring on the other side at receiver's end. This problem is only with VI. Jio, Airtel & BSNL, all allows the phone to ring while message is played out on the caller's side. @TRAI
