    In this age of #DigitalIndia, how can you expect people to go to the local #BSNL office for cancellation request? how can you charge customers after taking away the connection? BSNL=No network or customer care, poor connections, charges for cancelled connections. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @Airtel_Presence The service being provided by you is commendable. The problem is that sometimes Network goes out which is very disappointing as well as The recharge plan is too high. So I'm going to port my SIM card from Airtel to BSNL. Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate After working for 3-4 days, internet connectivity is ZERO. Complaint registered on BSNL self care. Why your QoS is suddenly so low? Is BSNL not interested in providing services or supporting other private companies by not working properly?

    @BSNL_HP Two days before fiber connection got active but still the internet is not working thats why private players are more reliable and better service provider. Did a mistake by choosing Bsnl???

    @BSNLCorporate what kind of service do you providing ? From yesterday I have no signal to my BSNL GSM network... now I am not able to port my number and no signal... customer care not giving proper solution, forget about solution after 10 time your team pick one call..

    @InfoGadchiroli Atleast you should provide smooth basic facilities following are the few: 1. No proper roadways and bridges to reach the urban villages of Gadchiroli 2. No emergency health services majorly ambulance 3. No connectivity of other telecom operators even BSNL too fluctuates twice
