    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Sir there has been consistent network issues with BSNL. I have been facing BSNL network issues for 2 to 3 years. In last 6 days network was available in this area only one day. And it is gone again. Kindly take some action. Regards

    @BSNLCorporate I am having BSNL Sim mobile no. 8005494490. I am living in BIJPUR Sonebhadra district. Most of time it is not having network. Kindly rectify network problem in this area

    @BSNLCorporate Fake..Customer can't map their account on self service portal and majority of places, it asked for bsnl account details and portals shows that customer id not found. Opened support case in Apr2021 and multiple tweets but still no solution provided.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN , I tried to contact your BSNL office for a new BSNL FTTH connection. They asked me to pay 4500 Rs for fiber cable installation which is running around 200m from my house. Is it mandatory that a customer have to pay 4500 for fiber cable installation?

    @dhananjay_munde pensionary benefits not paid . BSNL not intimated prior to sanction of vrs Illegally leave encashment also withheld. Plight of family is very bad. Parliamentary committee issued om 38/09(02)2020-P&OW(A)/6721,14-1-21&directed DoPT for issue OM but still pending.

    @reliancejio, @JioCare My jio fiber connection is not working properly. Call drops are frequent. Speed is as pathetic as bsnl used to be earlier. Will you look into it and OBLIGE me as we are just susbcribers?
