Time for BSNL to start tlrecruiting fresh engineers..appoint youngsters only , engineers for field work, customer facing work . The can actually sell solutions better too , right solutions. Technology driven businesses should paint technical work force . Why building more too line, EBIDTA and cut down on people investments totally .
