@bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

I am not getting downloading and uploading speed more than 8Mbps (1MB). My plan is 40Mbps but I am not getting speed according to my plan. I am facing problem more then 2 weeks I have conplained but my complaint is not being taken care of. #BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH

It is no wonder Jio is fast losing the customer base due to very bad service from them now. Even after trying to contact for last 2 hours I am unable to get connected to a Live Representative Vodafone and BSNL are way better in terms of ease of connecting to a live agent.

Inkust say that Even BSNL has better support service than Jio Jio jas become a tool of extractingvmoney from Indians with 3rd class Customer support.....You can not get connected to a call representative through their app..... Please expose the worst mobile service provider.

Maanneey Devusingh Chauhan, everyone having faith in BSNL is feeling let down by non Govt.telephone service providers. Our Govt. is much slower than them. Why? Govt.has to be stronger than every organisation.

@BSNL_AS no response still from 2may afternoon 12 the link was down of lease circuit optic fibre since that I have made a complain no response i am losing passenger booking near about two groups of booking were lost bsnl is not rectifying the problem wat to do

@BSNL_PB Internet services provided by BSNL at Omaxe Cassia, New Chandigarh are most erratic. The net remains down quite often for more than a day. Really pathetic.
