    @bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

    @BSNLCorporate what kind of service is this? No wonder why people are leaving BSNL services. No incoming call and message in my bsnl number after recharge since 2 months. Complained several times in customer care but no result only false commitment.

    @_kumbhkaran I think in last one year they have increased their prices 3-4 times inuding thia time. Well now it's time to switch to BSNL which I think gov and these network operators don't want it to grow because of obvious reasons.

    @kaliyuga_surfer I hope bsnl is shut down. It can give 1000gb for 10₹ but still wont get it. Worst provider with worst service ever seen. Laziest employees as well.

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment. We request you to kindly resolve any pending dues and coordinate with the concerned team/MSO for further assistance regarding new FTTH installation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
