    @bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @DoT_India I've complained for slow and unstable 3G internet in my area,my docket num is C2370002285,on 23rd March 2022.BSNL gave me 48hrs for resolving this problem. Today 27th March,Even after all this time,no problem has been solved.Kindly solve this!

    Will be good as we have seen alot of people use Jio and in jio specifically the signal is only for 500 meters for data usage after that it dissappear only calling is possible. This way in every house the service will come without interception. I have jio. Airtel bsnl and vi.

    @SrDSTE_AII @DrmAjmer Why you are not changing your hired channel from BSNL to Airtel which is rarely fail ? Where as BSNL is not reliable and fails every now and then , even it cannot rectify even after complaining several is aasuon. Now it's time to rethink and change the service provider from BSNL.

    Probably @consumerforum_ should also see how BSNL actually ignores pleas by consumers post 4 days of requests of dead phones and broadband service on the highest bracket payment for residence of 1299 package. No response. 4 days. What now BSNL?
