    @bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

    Such poor customer service from BSNL Fiber customer care number. They deliberately cut calls. Picked up by an executive after trying for like 15 times then even before I could have spoken anything he cut the call. Such harassment@BSNLCorporate @bsnlassamcircle @BandBajaateRaho

    @BSNL_TN Sir, In my house we are using BSNL land line since 1980 at Sembanarkoil Exchange/Mayiladuthurai. We also now have BSNL Optical Fibre separately. My land line number 04364 -282544 is not working properly for the past several months. Very poor service. Kindly help

    @aravindbal Agree. The tragedy was when Aircel was down tried hard to shift the corporate connections to BSNL, they were so stubborn in not boarding us. Currently Airtel coverage is poor when compared to JIo.

    @AdityaD_Shah BSNL cellone students plan then Vodafone (can't forget about scam value added services & rude customer care) then idea for long time then ported to Jio (not a happy customer but better than idea experience towards end).

    @TRAI Most comman and poor people of India use BSNL sim in a normal keypad mobile phone.But when such a person from village comes to Delhi NCR region,the signal in his mobile gets lost as BSNL network is not supported in keypad mobiles.this is a major problem only in BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE This is a very pathetic service received from BSNL side. When trying to block a number which was stolen, rather than taking corrective measures the representative was beating around the bush. Please get this actioned urgently. We have been trying a lot.

    @BSNLCorporate no network of BSNL from 2 days in my area ..how can we support BSNL ... @BSNLwarriors123 @BSNLJHARKHAND .In this 2023 if u not r nt getting n/w u can think about your service ..I have gifted to my relatives to BSNL sim ..this kind of service just hell .

    @BSNLCorporate unable to recharge BSNL tariff due to technical issues, from 27.1.23 to till now. My out going call already stop, no online or offline recharge possible in our area. Please take a necessary action. Pin 735221.
