    @bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

    The instances are aplenty - Air India, BSNL, SBI. The Indian Railways is an exception - but is it really an enterprise? It should be classified as a service whose focus is not profitability.

    @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL brodband in Shahganj, Jaunpur, UP East. From last 10 days Network is not working, people working in office are not responding. Speed is comming around 20 KBPS. Please take action ASAP.

    @HunterPidi You are seeing in wrong perspective. Business is not bad till they follow ethics. But when govt favours only few on others, then surely it is. Govt now allowing reliance to use bsnl tower but not facilitate 4g to bsnl yet.

    Will @BSNL_HP really improve? paid BSNL bill online, My BSNL app shows transection , however it show status as bill not paid, also called customer care to correct the status, still no action, continuously getting reminder SMS and calls for non payment.
