    @bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

    @CredAppSupport1 hello I am Maroti Panchal. I have done BSNL recharge of 141 on dt 23. 01.2023. But it didn't recharge. While chatting with the support team, I am giving my transaction ID. But when inquired with bsnl customer officer they clearly said recharge not done.

    @GooglePayIndia I tried to recharge my BSNL account with ₹397 and ₹10 when my bsnl sim was blocked and bsnl customer care said the recharge amount is not valid for blocked subscriber and said to get the refund i have to contact with the app through which i tried to recharge.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw 24 hours completed. Still my broadband 08172295570 Hassan not restored which is out of order. No word from any one. I will decide to switch on to other service provider. Sorry BSNL.

    @Memeghnad 1. Why SBI and LIC has to invest only if pvt banks invest ? Any rule. CLSA report says, no big issue for banks. Also unlike Pvt Banks, SBI and LIC is welfare state oriented entities like BSNL

    @cgmbsnlupe Dear sir the status of BSNL exchange musafirkhana PIN code 227807 district Amethi sultanpur is very bad. Network problem is major issue in this area and power backup please help.
