    @bsnlupe Dear BSNL, it’s consecutive 9th day of server down in Chitrakoot district and officers seem to be in no hurry. It’s poor service by world’s largest country’s government owned telecom agency .

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Finally discontinued BSNL broadband. Poor speed & pathetic customer support service by BSNL Pune. At present it is the slowest yet most expensive ISP in pune. Staff happily accepted the request to disconnect broadband connection.

    @santhoshkothala Sir /madam Beware of fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s . In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am from remote area we used to get 2 point bsnl network to call we got a information that jio tower is going to install and happy that it got installed a week before..all are so happy that network came even I did post from bsnl to jio

    Customers have made lot of requests to authorities to fix the issue , But no such response is shown by them it seems they are in deep sleep. It reflects clearly BSNL services are proven to be worst and non-resonsive. Concerned authorities are highly requested to solve the problem

    Sir I am bsnl user having no. 07612655091jbp circle. 12th of July to till now I am struggling2start my service of phone as well internet . Hopeless staff at jabalpur ,even complaint done at bhopal CGM office but no result .Pl do the needful. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India ,@rsprasad

    @JioCare Thanks for your reply...I have already onboarded with the hope of network but unfortunately new tower radius is just 1km...so need to go back to BSNL

    @NammaBESCOM no electricity in Bsnl Staff Colony 80 ft rd, Indiranagar since last night. Complaint no. AE06149682 raised 20 hrs ago is still unresolved
