    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @bsnlupe BSNL network is in worst condition. I'm in Village - Chhitepur, Post- Saintha,Gauriganj. Please do the needful.

    It is not true that @airtelindia covers 95% of the area as they state in their advertisements, their fiber services can't even reach my area, while Jio and BSNL have already covered our area. They claim they cannot extend their fiber service beyond 200 metres but it reqs 250m

    @senseijohnny12 Not sure what they're doing. I'm a long time BSNL customer ( 34 years landline/mobile/BB/FTH ). Last week, I registered a complaint about my BB. A polite, young man attended the complaint. He said he belongs to a pvt company. Barring administration, all other work is outsourced.

    @BSNLGUJARATCM Permenent solution of this issue. BSNL Service very Bad Condition in this area. Due to this customer work not done smoothly in this office. For single work customer frequently visit to office for work but due to network down customer gone there home without work.

    @aigetoachq @AshwiniVaishnaw @ETTelecom Very rightly said; Customer is the KING here. Then the employees interacting with those customers must be the most important assets for BSNL. Which is just the opposite in BSNL. First; make a system where everyone is "HEARD" then you can imagine a TURN-AROUND.
