But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.
