But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

For a whole year-no propr calls, no OTPs, barely any internet. Complaints wnt nowhere. Finally switchd prviders, and d differnce is huge. Shuld’ve done it sooner. #bsnlIsShit

It works properly for 6–7 days, but then for the next 5–6 days there is no signal at all — no internet, no calling. How are customers supposed to use the service like this? It feels like a complete waste of money.
