    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @hee_haw00 @stsca316 @vikramsalvekar by withholding investments in BSNL not giving spectrum, allowing predatory pricing by Jio, what does the govt get? Why shud they do it? They do it since funding comes back from these corporates. From having 3-5 players / circle (competition) we are down to 3

    @PMOIndia @TRAI @BSNLCorporate Hello sir , we are getting very ridiculous service from BSNL . They are taking full monthly bills but not serving properly most of the times broadband was not working, its very pathetic service in digital india. Also service doesn't restore on time

    @AimLordKrishna My friends had installed BSNL fibre net 4 WFH. But it's customer service & speed was pathetic & Even the complaints were not resolved. They all switched to Jio fibre. We want to use and promote BSNL but it's service is so pathetic that u feel like u r being punished 4 using them

    @TRAI dear as in haridwar sidcul area totaly structural network of BSNL mobile prepaid fastened weakness still not enough any work so please update network in haridwar for betterment of BSNL future?

    @BSNL_BR dear bsnl, My families are very old customer of bsnl, we are facing a huge network problem in my area, and we don't want to port our number to other telecom. My area name is biharsharif, please solve network & voice issue as soon as possible, or allow us to port us.

    @BSNL_PB Too bad bsnl. All staff should be ashamed of themselves. There should be someone who is responsible so that we can tell our problem and get it solved. But there is no point in playing the bean in front of the buffalo.

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur Hello, My landline number is 0712 2232660. I filed complaint 3 times for disturbance in line. Without attending & resolving the complaint, it is closed. I hope BSNL will work on at least the latest complaint
