    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNL_KOTD , @BSNLCorporate There is an excess Billing issue for my BSNL Fibre connection. This has been brought to BSNL officials multiple times, however the same thing is happening every month. Is this the way how #BSNL works? Pls let me know the process to close my connection

    @BSNLCorporate In Hyderabad very poor work and signal ,so many times I complained but no use all bsnl employees are take sallery and well sleep not doing proper work ,in our area begum bazar feel khana is very very poor network many years same position local staff not reply proper

    @BSNLCorporate Broadband Services are very weaker as per the tariff plans maximum speed will be 10Mbps but frequently disconnecting D link broadband. Service is good only in FTTH while BSNL did not produce any interest to improve the broadband services in N Andaman @BSNLCorporate @MIB_India
