    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @bsnlupe BSNL network is in worst condition. I'm in Village - Chhitepur, Post- Saintha,Gauriganj. Please do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Sir, my BSNL Prepaid number is 8017179068. I am Hirak Das. Yesterday, near about 14:30 hrs. I purchesed (Rs. 50/-) a 4G sim in exchange of 3G sim from B. B. D. BAG office. After 19 hrs. it is still not activated!!!! What bad service!!!

    2/ @BSNLCorporate the vendor now reported me that he has got the resolution from the engineers that they can't provide help any more and the problem would persist as BSNL is using a different technology.

    @reliancejio If you are in my area please lemme know. I registered about jio fiber but it showed me not yet available. Please provide internet services near Kalinga Vihar in Bhubaneswar. I am so depressed with this bsnl ****. I strongly advise all to not use BSNL. BSNL is CRAP!!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @bsnlassamcircle it is very disappointing to see the dying professionalism of BSNL. Its so har to get a issue fixed. The lineman shows tantrums and doesn't work unless paid by the customer. The guys even threatens to not ever fix the connection otherwise.
