    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate I got a BSNL fibre connection just a few days back. Speed test shows upload speed of 50+ Mbps, download speed is less than 1 Mbps. I am unable to upload any file & send emails. Nobody is resolving this issue even after repeated complains. Pathetic service.

    @BSNLCorporate 03224240320 Advocate Sankar Pradhan has been paying over 1000 Rupees months over months but the what bsnl is giving? false words. It should be the provider's duty to upgrade the customer's system old coper wire to fiber and the speed is 300 to 600 kb/s is it a new digiIndia ?

    @BSNLCorporate I am extremely disappointed to say that BSNL Bharat Fibre service is very poor. You Internet not working since afternoon for my landline no 01275297399. No one is listening for restarting of internet from your ground team. Please restore internet service asap.
