    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    April, May, June, July, August now end of September. Today same of internet speed provide by @BSNL_AS going to near my office asking for officer, he said problem from silchar bsnl end. I don't know what's problem. Main problem why genrate bill bsnl if not providing service (2)..

    @BSNLCorporate Hi, I'm unable to port my no. from BSNL, getting as message "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." I want you to resolve my problem.

    @BSNL_RJ What do we get in the Bharat Fiber setup? Like Jio offers Modem+ Set-top Box... Does BSNL offers the same? Jio has ZERO disruption of services. Does BSNL guarantees the same (because my broadband connection never worked for 10 days of month still paid for full month)
