    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @cmdbbnl Respected Sir, Currently I am BSNL BB ADSL customer under WBTC, Krishnagar Telecom District. BSNL failed to provide Bharat Net OFC in our rural area Payradanga 741247 Dist-Nadia. Will it be possible for BBNL to provide BharatNet fiber line. Let me respond pls. Shirsendu

    @Govoyce @CHARANJITCHANNI Suvidha kendras are now more like duvida kendras. Please take actions on this. One more idea is to try to provide good brodband services in rural areas. The only service for broadband available is BSNL and everyone know the kind of service they offer. To be continued...

    @dintya15 @wifichoupal @BBNL_bharatnet Total waste of money..gave Rs. 5000 for installation..in 10 Mbps plan I never got promised speed not even 2 Mbps..plus whenever there is power cut internet also stops coz they don't even have power backup..they only have 10 Mbps bandwidth from BSNL..worst broadband experience

    @Govoyce @CHARANJITCHANNI The only option i have is to get BSNL broadband but having it and not having it is just same. Lack of services is the major problem in punjab. Please solve it. Hope this issue will get resolved and @Govoyce will help to spread this issue to concerned authorities.
