    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @IndiaPostOffice Past 3 to 4 days server related issues happen in the post office. Because of the server upgrade to the 2.0 version. The BSNL internet network is also very slow at our area post office. 3 to 4 days of employees not doing work properly means why can give them full salary !

Better alternatives: Airtel Xstream Fiber (reliable speed, accha support, Trustpilot 4/5), ACT Fibernet (sasta, fast, South mein top), ya BSNL FTTH (stable, govt backed).     @bsnl_care what is the present update for the upgradation work at Yedamangala BSNL 2G to 4G network. I complaint registered present 2g network frequency/length very less. Please increase present network & upgradation work early. We are following complaint back 6 month ago.
