    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate We want to downgrade our BSNL fiber plan , but we don't see any option to downgrade it in the self-care bsnl portal. Please help us out in downgrading the plan asap. Let me know if I can DM the details. Thanks.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate FiberNet is Completely out of order since last 20 days.Vendor is abusing.Even His mobile no is switched off.BSNL SDO is helpless. Registered complaint 4 days ago on your portal.But your bill comes on time. Is this your service? 06258 296206 Areraj Ward 08

    @BSNLCorporate We are FTTH user, we have modem rental plan for 200 Mbps. Since start of service we are offered only 100 Mbps speed. Why so ? 0240-2984277. When contacted to BSNL team they say, you have buy new modem on your own cost of Rs 5000/- and then speed can be achieved!

    Some time signal is full still internet speed is too slow... Or doesn't work... Some time signal is full or weak but OTP or text message aren't received.. If BSNL will not work in Tehsil who is passing through NH 5 then where will it work? 2/n

    @BSNL_KTK I am a BSNL customer from Karnataka. As per my experience BSNL is the WORST service provider in the country. I do not have words to describe the worst experience. Thank you.

    @r_t_yadav @BSNL_RJ @AshwiniVaishnaw That’s not the solution. When the competition is working with bots, Twitter and chat, why should I send an email and wait for them to respond.. especially when other companies are far cheaper than BSNL…
