Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

@BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

@BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

Hosadurga Post office, chitradurga, Karnataka is not able to provide services to us because of BSNL internet problem. Please solve the problem immediately. Problem more than 4 months. We visited bsnl office but no one is ready to take our Complaint. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN I called customer care support, they informed you can take rental modem. But PONNAMARAVATHI BSNL office not providing rental modem. Even fiber cable line is less than 70 meter. Fiber connection is available near to my home.
