    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @DoT_India After 3 months of poor service by wifi choupal, I decided to move on and applied for disconnection. I know that I will have to be dependent on a private service going forward, because govt's digital india scheme failed to provide a good service to me. BSNL too is useless.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_BR @PMOIndia wfh is still nightmare took BSNL AirFibre in Sitamarhi Bihar no is 06226 250149. More then week over after complain but there is no response till now. New technology will only be beneficial if the support is prompt.

    @ITS_MoC #bsnltamilnadu Sir, I am a customer of Bharath fiber net and my plan is BSNL FTTH 777 with phone number 04132965496. But my BB Fibernet is completely out of order for many days. Please rectify the defect to get network connection continuously. Thanks & Regards.

    The person called just asked paise diye unhone i said 800 they returned and he didn't wanted to hear anything apart from that and said btate hai and hang up. Is this how bsnl treat their customers?? I want strict action on those people and return the amount of extra 700/-

    @BandanaMrs Sir, As reported by SSPOs Thane Division, telephone is out of order from last week, concerned SPM is directed to lodge complaint to bsnl. The office counter timing is 9.30 am to 2.30 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    @sujays This is Bangalore story, btw. Mentioned Airtel, SBI, as you know most govt agencies say we accept phone but only if BSNL, bank but only if SBI, etc. In my case, SBI was happy to take Airtel while gas wasn't. Or vice versa. (Should have noted this down, will need it soon myself!)
