    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl My fibre 06742302330 has download speed 1.6 , complaint booked but not yet attended. In this virtual meeting regime, such negligence by BSNL will affect working . Request revamp system.

    @bsnlbroadband Took BSNL superstar premium plus but no directions how to access OTT .. content not accessible through registered mobile .. if we call service they are referring to another number and ultimately comes back to original number .. dont get cheated by BSNL’s promises.

    @BSNLCorporate What is CTD circle? Please elucidate. What do I do with this? All that I want is to have 3g/4g internet connectivity inside the BN 5 12th floor building & stop using jargon with a customer. If losing a customer means nothing to BSNL, it'll cease to exist in India. That's sad!!

    @ViCustomerCare I made my no. ported from BSNL up west to Vi Gujarat circle. The port is successful but I am not able to televerify my no. as I am in roaming currently. What to do to make my number televerify, It is urgent for me. Kindly help me
