    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Just now got SMS stating Complaint 125277705112 resolved. But, in reality no one resolved the issue and the phone line is still dead. Is BSNL technical team cheating the customers?

    @BSNLCorporate We have installed BSNL broadband but that too is very inconsistent as there are many network outages due to wire cuts by road workers. I know there is road construction work going on in district but there must be some way to stop this.

    @Airtel_Presence Done with your apologies man. @Airtel_Presence has become worse than BSNL. No responsibility for platinum customers whatsoever. The network team is arriving since last 2 months. @airtelindia solve the issue right away or you are losing a customer
