    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @bsnlupe BSNL network is in worst condition. I'm in Village - Chhitepur, Post- Saintha,Gauriganj. Please do the needful.

    When i call to customer support, they said that there is battery problem, no battery backup at BSNL exchange at Ragamayuri Greenhills from past 10 days.

    Due to defunct BSN Internet, functioning in some government offices in Uri has also been affected.BSNL subscribers have appealed to DC Baramulla and SDM Uri to intervene and restore BSNL service as soon as possible.

    Problem is not yet resolved even after 10 days. please do the needful from BSNL side. We did not expect this from BSNL broadband services that you didn't fix the issue from past 10 days..!!

    @ragiing_bull @blackk__mamba Relatively better compared to BSNL and MTNL.. They dont even refund even after years.. customer care is so awful .. nothing happen unless you visit their main office .. PSU culture is as good as congress culture. loyalty to culture..

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur BSNL FTTH Fibre plan. Very bad experiences. My plan is of 60 Mbps, but receiving speed only 27 Mbps. My complaint No. : 1059813107 and 1059815147 closed without any visit. Issue not resolved. Owner of Prasad Telecom is saying that you close your account from bsnl.

    @OfficialGNIDA xu3 b block rwa has disconnected BSNL line from the society without the consent of the residents and promoting a new local vendor. Please help to restore BSNL services

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate BSNL still lagging behind in automation. Consumer Net connectivity is being stopped unless until they send a email of deposit prove receip2BSNL. In this ICT age why there's no auto validation of rental fee deposit. Uninterrupted service.

    @AnilPradhanEdu being our youth icon we need your support . you know bsnl fibre is expensive and we don't have the substitute .if it's possible i request you to make pressure from higher authority.
