    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with BSNL mobile. I'm senior citizen & BSNL user last five decades. Now your service pathetic. I try to call but get message "Not registered on network". Can't even Port to another service provider as your system doesn't accept. SHAME

    @BSNLCorporate My landline phone not working from more then 1 week and after complaint also no one taking action. Very poor service. BSNL Goa not sending anyone to repaire my line. Reply me Hope action will be taken.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw No network signal mean what? When prompt action will be taken? Becuase of poor service BSNL losing customers both land line and mobile. Better to port. I surrendered the land line in Jul this year. No refund of deposit yet.

    Only bsnl users All the customers related to BSNL FTTH BRODBAND users connection are informed that the internet is disconnected due to some technical issue. Bsnl team working to resolve the issue, Internet will be reconnected within 4 hours.@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @bsnlmp

    @BSNLCorporate Sir/Madam, As desired, submitted all details in DM. When disconnection application was processed & officer asked for mother's bank details to be submitted, how can BSNL issue new bill. Kindly withdraw new bill raised and refund deposit asap. @CMDBSNL @DoT_India
