    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @bsnlupe BSNL network is in worst condition. I'm in Village - Chhitepur, Post- Saintha,Gauriganj. Please do the needful.

    @bsnl_care Just called BSNL customer care service to resolve my query related to activation of OTT subscriptions associated with my FTTH plan, the executive simply said - visit your bsnl branch office to get the details and disconnected the call, is it the expected service?
