But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

Due to non availability of BSNL net, link has been failed at Naikanidihi SO. However, the matter has been escalated to higher Authority of BSNL and being monitored regularly for restoration of Network and smooth operation of Postal Work.

Nature (@HelpNaturerecov) reported@ShashankRS97052 Tower is there. In bsnl, when power gets off, signal cuts immediately. Call gets cut no sms, net cuts. Can't even gets otps when no Power. Ups not installed in bsnl tower in 642109. How to use bsnl when no power? Vi atleast gives 2g.
