    @BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

    @bsnlupe BSNL network is in worst condition. I'm in Village - Chhitepur, Post- Saintha,Gauriganj. Please do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

    Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur must streamline its working style and avoid sending such dictatorial message. "Dear Customer, your present plan 325 is closed. Kindly choose any active postpaid plan by 31.01.2022, otherwise BSNL will migrate you to next active plan 399 on 01.02.2022"

    Have sent you a mail @BSNLCorporate . No internet for more than 30 hours despite filing complaint and contacting bsnl office. Feeling sad to experience this. Please do something to rectify this.

    @bsnl_tt , I have a broadband connection with LL. I am approaching local authority to address a complaint for past 4 days. I am getting date after date. Then you say why @BSNL is being divested? Let there be some sense of accountability at least.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we should take black then only we will have a good network? If we will not take black then we will be e facing lot of issue. Day by day Airtel is getting worst company. I give BSNL to my mom and that is much better than Airtel.

    When talked regarding this with phonepe they told that recharge was successful from their side and my bank also gave me massage of money deduction but when I talked to BSNL customer care executive he told that they didn't get any recharge request.

    Dear @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Can you please provide good network coverage in my area. Everybody in my friend circle ( #bijujuvabahini ) wants to port to bsnl but due to poor network coverage they are sticking with their operator. #bijujuvabahini is a community of around 150 ppl.
