@BSNLCorporate I am calling #Bsnl officials of Amethi-sultanpur UP and no body is responding. Kindly tell them to contact on 7905795033. Otherwise handover the #bsnl company to some।private body like @reliancejio so that customer will not suffer.

@BSNLCorporate Appreciable. But the person called me with the phone number +919434001253 from #bsnl saying that he is from SDO office Amethi coudn't resolve my problem rather he was angry for my complaint and he was trying to pull me in some other way.

Oh and the bsnl customer service is nothing sort of useless. The CRM closes your complaints automatically within 4hrs even without the customers being contacted.

Will the concerned authorities care to find out why BSNL Broad Band customers are derserting them ? All it has to do is to contact such deserted customers requesting for FEED BACK as to what made them desert BSNL Broad Band. Let me volunteer my reason - "Very poor customer Care"

FYI @BSNLUPWEST, here's my complaint number 1054495087. Sir @devusinh ji, I hope you will work towards making BSNL more accountable towards its customers and nation at large. It should have been our backbone but lethargic leadership by @BSNLCorporate has let us down.

@BSNL_KL I have applied for new fiber internet connection in kombanad(perumbavoor) location , after 6month also the BSNL Kombanad exchange didn't ready to give connection,now I have to go for some private service operaters,bsnl officer's should more responsible for their job,

I complained many times about ping issue in my bsnl ftth but @BSNLCorporate @bsnlassamcircle not doing anything. Customer service is pathetic. I heard about their customer services before but now I understand why people say bsnl has worst service. Really it's worst.
