    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

    Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

    @BSNLCorporate Even after writing to corporate and CMD of BSNL , still no action has been initiated then what we can expect further..We don't have any choice to leave all the 100 connections as BSNL is not interested to maintain the customer and providing services.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL , is there any update on this issue ?? Can you please tell me how long it will take to resolve this issue ?? Internet is not working ... Voice configuration is still pending ... on postpaid mobile connection most of the times it shows no network. Please look into it

    I also checked experience of multiple places where total cost was less than 6500. Also I have checked with bsnl customer care executive, they told total cost of installation is expected around 4500, in which device cost would be 3300. In my case device I am suggested is of 6000

    @BSNLCorporate After several months he did not contact or show up and replace the instrument. And recently the device that I bought with my money died as well. I raised a complaint again to get the original BSNL device repaired or replaced.
