@BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

On approaching bsnl employees gives third party service guy no. so what these bsnl technicians do actually...? I want bsnl to announce the the list the compatible routers to bsnl Bharath fiber connection in there website. Give links to buy online the modem/ routers.

@thenitinnarain Every day we are doing adventure sport. In cities getting stable connectivity backed up by good service is most essential. BSNL did not invest anything for the past 10 years and their WiFi connectivity is awfully bad with no backup service available.

@BSNL_KOTD I even called 03322290000. The person who answered was more concerned about my money getting credited back into my account as the recharge didn't process through. Is there anyone genuinely interested to help bsnl and their customers? @BSNLCorporate

@Ashok_Kashmir I do not agree with you. I had very bad service experiences with BSNL & when I repored they would say they can't do anything and I am free to change service provider as they dont need customers but customers need BSNL! Kamchori culture & no accountability doesnt needs revival.

@AmitShah @narendramodi Im a loyal customer for 50 years. Biggest challenge for BSNL is BSNL's attitude. Not Airtel, jio ..Breakdowns are too frequent. Pumping xtra money is good. Attitude needs to change. Money is secondary
