    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    @Uddeshya_singh4 Dear Customer, Satelliete phones are not banned in india. However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures.     @bsnl_care Hey @BSNLCorporate, "It's working fine now" is not a permanent solution. Another outage since 5 PM today in Adampur. Constant downtime every other day with zero accountability. Welcome to "Fiber" internet in 2026. Please fix your infrastructure. #BSNL #InternetDown
