    Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    I am a BSNL user from past 4 years , and I am facing very difficulty due to very low speed internet in my area . My work stuck , Range of network always in between 0.1 KB TO 80.0 KB Which is not sufficient. So I request @BSNLCorporate to look into this matter and solve it .

    @BSNLCorporate Hi team, I want to deactivate BSNL landline service(0326-2950284) as I am moving out of town. I have been to 3 nearest BSNL offices in Dhanbad-826001, Jharkhand but none of them considering my request. Please could you check on this any help would be appreciated.

    @mryalamanchi funny thing here. every time my bsnl internet goes down, I wait for 5 mins and then dial a POC in the local office. it has become such a routine that the moment he sees it's me, he tells me the issue and time to sort it out without me asking.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Till what time the BSNL will take to start the 4G services or just they are going to fool n mis guide the people? How many days this game can be continued, a day will come they will not have sufficient customer data base with them.
