    @BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

    @BSNLCorporate if possible please return my money ₹499. Your network is hurt me again and again. Now I want to port out from BSNL. Very disappointing #BSNL . One of the poor network in India.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

    @BSNL_KTK I have taken a bsnl broadband combo more than a year back in Bangalore. There is a problem of slowness or no connection every other day. Never do you get the mentioned speed. This time it’s down from last morning. They’re still coming to rectify the problem.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw My Village Mokhtiyarpur, Begusarai, Bihar pincode- 851133 no network of BSNL 2g and 3g from many week and no one able to sort out the problem of people even Banwaripur have BSNL tower and exchange after that same situation is also there @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    @CMDBSNL Sir, BSNL mobile service in Chaibasa having pin-833201 is very bad. Network is not available. Raised grievance several times but no resolution provided. Grievance registered on PG portal vide no. - DOTEL/E/2022/15455. Request to please look into it.

    @BSNL_BR I'm in Mokhtiyarpur, Begusarai, Bihar pin code- 851133 My network is out and my BSNL no is no in working mode due to network problem no one able to connect me on my BSNL no Banwaripur BSNL tower is not working properly atleast avelable 2g network in my area @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for now Atleast 3G network is working with electricity. Please improve your service, customers will surely connect with bsnl because every 4G network other than bsnl is running 3G in the name of 4G. Please upgrade 4G as soon as possible in our city Mau
