@BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

@BSNLCorporate if possible please return my money ₹499. Your network is hurt me again and again. Now I want to port out from BSNL. Very disappointing #BSNL . One of the poor network in India.

Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

@Amardee05918995 BSNL ka support kro bhai.... They still work for common people....94 ke recharge me 75 days validity with 100sms 100min and 3Gb data...

I have been facing frequent speed drops in my BSNL fiber since the time it was installed, once I complain they fix it for sometime but then again I face speed drops, it's been 4 months and there is no permanent fix for this, Plz look into this. @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate

@pgm_pune_bsnl Complaint # 1057680874. Landline not working for a very long time. 2 complaints registered and each were resolved as per status on the bsnl website BUT phone is still dead. Is your team still supporting landlines or should I close this service?

The article says -"Last year, BSNL had developed and implemented a new software update in their system to convert their existing landline number to fiber category. BSNL customers wanting to migrate can place their requests at the nearest BSNL customer service centre" Is it true?

@BSNL_KTK @PMOIndia I am a stupid to Port from bloody worst Airtel to BSNL. But later I understood that BSNL and Airtel are one to one partners in providing worst possible service. It takes 1-2 minutes in getting connected and then immediately gets disconnected. Super service?
