@BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

Dear Sir/Madam, Can you suggest how can I got solution of data speed in all network at my current residential location. Currently no data coverage in any network- (Airtel, Vodafone, TataDocomo, Idea, BSNL, Jio). Only voice call in BSNL and Vodafone available in whole village.

@BSNLCorporate Worst service provider Worst in handling your customers Internet speed given 0.05 k/s,0.35k/s,0.75 k/s etc Complained many times few months ago But now when I am trying to call BSNL customer care service ring goes on and on but nobody is picking up the calls👎

@pravesh I beg to differ but BSNL had superior network and call quality until it was denied 4G license. Be it in remote jungles of CG& MP or northeast or JK & himalayan mountains.

BSNL is running a scam scheme in the name of broadband services. First they will install the broadband service , next month a new hidden charge will be added in the bill . Then next month they will charge taxes apart from package. Terrible from @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate

I complained to BSNL about not receiving any network on my number. "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance," they replied. There has been no communication since. Their customer care number doesn't work. Why ******** does it exist?

@BSNLCorporate Why am I not getting any option to change my FTTH Plan to ₹599 (Fibre Basic Plus) on the BSNL selfcare portal website? Also, I submitted an application to local BSNL Exchange to change the Plan, and even they are NOT able to do it. What's the Issue? @DoT_India

@rsprasad sir I have a problem for my mobile number it was vodafone no but I have ported to Bsnl in the month of March 2020 from that no working normally in month of September my no incoming out going service was stoped.
