    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI The amount ₹15 is automatically debited from my main balance for activating the useless service and after calling to your customer support for the debit they dont give satisfactory answer and want to distract me on the reason. My BSNL mobile is 9794677343

    @TRAI Why any action is not taken against BSNL as most of the time There is No network of BSNL in Ulhasnagar Kalyan Maharashtra On Saturday, Sunday & Holidays things are worst with No grievance redressal plus There is No Roaming in Mumbai, the financial capital of India for all

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 But BSNL has not yet progressed from the Dark Ages. I have disconnected my landline services of BSNL 5 months back. But not yet received the refund of the Deposit. Even the customer care is not responding. When I go to the CSC there is no proper response.

    @BSNL_KTK A few days ago, I bought a BSNL connection, and the network quality is unbelievable, in the worst way. I live in a prime area in Bangalore, yet out of 24 hours, there’s no signal for almost 20 hours.
