    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl tower is 4km from my residence and bsnl employees are asking for Rs50,000 for installation or to arrange 10 connections . But I believe you can't charge Rs50,000 for providing service within 4Km from BSNL tower. Is it acceptable ?

    @KiranKS BSNL needs to go now. It has least subscribers. It doesn't have monopoly on anything. Private players can provide everything BSNL can, often in better quality and better business model BSNL is more worried about its estate management than its network.

    @BSNLCorporate I got call from Madam Lata from Bangalore BSNL and same bsnl office where employees were refusing to resolve issues, they started working when I told that Madam Lata name to them, they also started accepting issues for other customers after that. BSNL should be under Lata to run
