  @DoT_India I have internet speed problem for nearly last 7 months. I have used internet in in day time 2 pr 3 day before with sone decent speed. Vivekanand Colony Bansi Bazar Ghazipur. 9451674671. The BSNL just ended my call without even listing my complain.

  @BSNLCorporate @TRAI please help to resolve the issue. I have complaint @BSNLCorporate with all possible online channels but it has been more than a month and still no resolution. BSNL is unnecessarily harassing by asking bill of the period which I have not used.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe BSNL ghazipur AO sending legal notices for payment of bill for the period which I have never used. Connection date: 15-05-20 PD Date: 16-06-20. Bill asked for: Sep, Oct 2020. Have made physical visits but not resolved. 0548-2970780

  @BSNL_UPE @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Why BSNL is not taking any action on person responsible for not restoring FTTH service in Siddharthnagar district. Its been 4-5 days since there is no internet but employees have switch off their phone. Pls look into this

  @BSNLCorporate Its really bad to have bsnl wifi at home for every professionals who r staying at home since pandemic and working from home, BSNL internet stops working at least approx 10 days every months. where i paid rs 6000 just for installtion.Plz help me for disconnection

  @bsnlupe @cgmbsnlupe Customer care too is refusing to register the complaint and when we try to insist they simply cut the call. This kind of service is beyond pathetic. It just might be a truly BSNL experience where customer care can outright refuse to register a complaint

  @reliancejio @JioCare indirectly Jio team saying to port your number to airtel and Vodafone or bsnl. They making people fool. Paying post rental with poor Service. Since 15days no one call or visit or attend any complain. @Airtel_Presence pls port my number. Poor respond by jio.

  @desikatta111 No investment in infrastructure caused bsnl to lose subscribers bt u should check whenever natural calamities occurs, bsnl is the 1st network provider to restore communication, while rest were busy in calculating the expense.
