    @BSNLCorporate As per TRAI guidelines, after request of PD the number should be disconnected in 7 days. We have already made an advance payment of 1 month. It seems BSNL is not interested to resolve the issue. It seems I have to take a legal route only.

    @BSNLCorporate I just hope that BSNL will resolve the problem soon. I have waited using BSNL with problem for nearly 5 months

    @DoT_India I have internet speed problem for nearly last 7 months. I have used internet in in day time 2 pr 3 day before with sone decent speed. Vivekanand Colony Bansi Bazar Ghazipur. 9451674671. The BSNL just ended my call without even listing my complain.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI please help to resolve the issue. I have complaint @BSNLCorporate with all possible online channels but it has been more than a month and still no resolution. BSNL is unnecessarily harassing by asking bill of the period which I have not used.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe BSNL ghazipur AO sending legal notices for payment of bill for the period which I have never used. Connection date: 15-05-20 PD Date: 16-06-20. Bill asked for: Sep, Oct 2020. Have made physical visits but not resolved. 0548-2970780

    I just caled BSNL customer care service 1503 regarding my problems and insted of ralking and trying to resolve my problem the operator just ended my call....I m having data speed problem while using internet for last 7 months. #snailspeed @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

    @CNBCTV18Live REC and PFC management spread their legs to fund loans to fraud company Gensol. Also Rs 15,000 crore was sanctioned almost to bankrupt Shapoorj Paloonji group. REC PFC = BSNL MTNL Immediately these two companies should be shut down before they distribute public money 💰 like mandir ka Prasad to anyone and everyone.

    The concerning part isn't the technical mechanism, it's that BSNL pushed a carrier settings update, a VoWiFi activation campaign, and a burst of OTA provisioning messages to devices, all within the same window. These land on your phone without you initiating anything. If you accepted the carrier update when prompted, your modem was silently re-initialised. Whether anyone on the network operations side considered device-side impact is a fair question.

    @bsnl_care 700Mhz working as 2100mhz and 2100mhz working as 3500mhz. That's why it's switching to 2G. Are you really using BSNL as primary?? Then you should face this issue.

    BSNL closed my complaint docket without providing any actual resolution. Mobile data service is still unusable, and I am forced to post this using another network while already paying BSNL in advance for data services. Complaint No.: E1423150247339
