    I just caled BSNL customer care service 1503 regarding my problems and insted of ralking and trying to resolve my problem the operator just ended my call....I m having data speed problem while using internet for last 7 months. #snailspeed @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

    @DoT_India I have internet speed problem for nearly last 7 months. I have used internet in in day time 2 pr 3 day before with sone decent speed. Vivekanand Colony Bansi Bazar Ghazipur. 9451674671. The BSNL just ended my call without even listing my complain.

    BSNL service is terrible in my part of #Itanagar so signed up for a Jiofibre connection reluctantly. within no time they responded to the mail saying that there is heavy traffic but they will get back. They did. Someone actually called up to ask the location. Amazed!

    After #AirIndia govt should soon follow privatising BPCL, 3PSBs(including IDBI) and 1GIC. @narendramodi govt sending right signal. Govt has no business in doing business. @nsitharaman hope disinvest BSNL before it becomes too late. Let govt be for governance & pvt do business.

    @SJha1618 I've had the misfortune of dealing with BSNL several years ago. The experience is not anything I'd wish on my worst enemies. Incredibly bureaucratic, slothful, inefficient and corrupt.

    @MrsGandhi Air India was sold during Modi’s Acche Din, UPA never sold, they managed it cos they cared about ppl. So stop whinging & moaning. It is universal truth that Modi & team can’t manage the country, & on a selling spree. Air India is just one of them what you got for MTNL, BSNL, LIC

    @SJha1618 BSNL had the potential to cover all of India with strong network coverage if reforms were made and if less help was given to Jio. But of course, Babu's won't agree to reforms that make them work harder

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate sir, kuch naya lane se pehle jo hai use hi sudhar do. BSNL services getting worst. No body is responding .My bsnl phone &BB was not working last around 9-10 days, now only phone is working but BB is frequently out of service (1/2)

    @swarup58 @vanzara1 Coal mining is an international business. The situation of CIL is so bad even when it's a monopoly. What would happen, once it's monopoly ends. It will go down bsnl and air india way. The sooner it happens, better it will be.

    @smhnkmar @sumanthraman @airindiain Plz don't include BSNL, it has been sinking ship with the kind of employees working there. Do u use BSNL? If not use one and you will agree how pathetic they work and respond. Example, out of 100 only 20 to 25 people work hard and understand customer and compensate for rest 75.
