    I just caled BSNL customer care service 1503 regarding my problems and insted of ralking and trying to resolve my problem the operator just ended my call....I m having data speed problem while using internet for last 7 months. #snailspeed @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

    On other our PM @PMOIndia is expecting that there should not be any difference between rural and urban areas in terms of technology but BSNL is taking hidden charges. We are here to support govt but govt should support us by providing internet in affordable rate.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate My Sim stopped working and I am in the state of the origin? I visited the nearest bsnl office but they said, I had to visit the town where the sim got registered. What should I do? I can't travel that far to get a new sim. Please help.

    Even after more than 5 months, BSNL did not refund the deposit of my Land phone 040 27833005. This speaks about the service of BSNL.

    @Airtel_Presence how long should it take to resolve dead land line phone? Airtel has overtaken bsnl in abysmal service standards. It’s been more than 25 days since we last heard dial tone and worse part is no one is updating
