    @BSNLCorporate I just hope that BSNL will resolve the problem soon. I have waited using BSNL with problem for nearly 5 months

    @DoT_India I have internet speed problem for nearly last 7 months. I have used internet in in day time 2 pr 3 day before with sone decent speed. Vivekanand Colony Bansi Bazar Ghazipur. 9451674671. The BSNL just ended my call without even listing my complain.

    I just caled BSNL customer care service 1503 regarding my problems and insted of ralking and trying to resolve my problem the operator just ended my call....I m having data speed problem while using internet for last 7 months. #snailspeed @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

    @sdecscasm Sir I have been using the BSNL sim last six months but there is is issue with tower in Azadnagar,Nagaon pin 782001.But now it is increasing day by day in a week 3to4 times signal breaks for a day or 2.Regularar complaining but no action taken about this issue seriously

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so internet is down and going by the past experience, no idea as how many days will it take to fix the issue and that too in a city like gurgaon. Airtel makes sure that we dont miss BSNL days. Time to change the network.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw My mother is admitted in a hospital in Gurgaon and i have a bsnl sim with no network cause there is no bsnl network in NCR area.i am unable to contact my family. Please tell me why do i keep using bsnl? PS- kisi ka hotspot leke twt kiya h

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I saw your stern warning to BSNL employees and officers. It is true they are still in the mind set of sarkaari system. BSNL dont have service mind. Postal services improved not BSNL. It has huge assets, they can turn it around, but their mindset is a problem.

    @BSNLCorporate Issue is fixed. I am just surprised that reliability factor with bsnl is so worse that you are bound to shutdown

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, I am a corporate employee and working remotely. But I am facing issues with connectivity, so I raised request for broadband or air broadband connection in bsnl website. However I haven't received any response yet. Request no. 90006 62397

    @bibhaskumar18 @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I got fed up over the same broken broadband issues and dumped BSNL several years ago. Went to Airtel, and faced similar situation. So dumped them and went to Jio 3 years ago. So far, not too bad
