I just caled BSNL customer care service 1503 regarding my problems and insted of ralking and trying to resolve my problem the operator just ended my call....I m having data speed problem while using internet for last 7 months. #snailspeed @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

@DoT_India I have internet speed problem for nearly last 7 months. I have used internet in in day time 2 pr 3 day before with sone decent speed. Vivekanand Colony Bansi Bazar Ghazipur. 9451674671. The BSNL just ended my call without even listing my complain.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI please help to resolve the issue. I have complaint @BSNLCorporate with all possible online channels but it has been more than a month and still no resolution. BSNL is unnecessarily harassing by asking bill of the period which I have not used.

@BSNLCorporate Please disconnected permanently phone line 0751-2470680 as line is not working for entire one year and no outgoing call could ever be made. Frequent complaints were made. There is enough deposit with BSNL. My wife Rama Tiwari died on September 12, 2013. Dr Shyam

I registered a complaint for dead telephone and on 1st Oct. The problem is as such but I got message that problem is resolved. I did not receive any call and no one visited my site. What technology BSNL uses to rectify problems without attending them? Please look into the matter

@AshwiniMS_TNIE Madam, it's not a joke!! One can feel it when S/he can't connect to his/er beloved daughter who studied in the distant place! Many villages in Karnataka (especially in Malenadu) not even getting BSNL mobile network !! It's genuine problem..

@Gopalharlalka @ChD_1980 Another worst PSU is the BSNL. The officials never attend office in time. I had the bitter experience.. reported the matter to higher authority but to no effect. They are always in a mood to harass customers.
