We have already made an advance payment of 1 month. It seems BSNL is not interested to resolve the issue. It seems I have to take a legal route only.

I have complaint @BSNLCorporate with all possible online channels but it has been more than a month and still no resolution. BSNL is unnecessarily harassing by asking bill of the period which I have not used.
