@DoT_India I have internet speed problem for nearly last 7 months. I have used internet in in day time 2 pr 3 day before with sone decent speed. Vivekanand Colony Bansi Bazar Ghazipur. 9451674671. The BSNL just ended my call without even listing my complain.

I just caled BSNL customer care service 1503 regarding my problems and insted of ralking and trying to resolve my problem the operator just ended my call....I m having data speed problem while using internet for last 7 months. #snailspeed @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

@BSNL_BR We know that network issue will be not resolve,it is impossible because Government is not interested in BSNL only interested in JIO but you have shared BSNL BTS location name which place in Jehanabad.

@devusinh I'm from Munderwa Lohadar- Basti Uttar pradesh and here we get very poor bsnl network quality no 3g service available in fact 2g also works like wrost. I request pls improve connectivity at my location. Thank you!

@BSNL_PB 0172 2924080 is the effected BSNL landline number and broadband which always has an issue. You can call on 9815197011 to arrange a visit . People are forced to have another private internet connection because of the bad service

@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @PIB_India Bsnl is useless I am using bsnl fiber broadband my. Plan is of 40 mbps I am getting 400kbps to 4 mbps whenever I check speed it never catch even 30 mbps

@PIB_India I was given a Complaint to @BSNLCorporate for call drops and low internet speed for 3G network then I received a call from the local BSNL office and the person saying that in my area a tower is required. To avoid call drops he suggested that I need to use the 2G network.

@BSNL_KTK Introduce new plan and get customer . Why 336 days ? Go for 365 days , ask to pay 150rs per month. Give monthly 30 gb of data. You are not at loss for sure. Give good network. Can't trust till now switch to BSNL . "ನೀವು ಕರೆಮಾಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಲೈನ ಗಳು ಬ್ಯುಸಿ ಆಗಿದೆ"

Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand and 3 dozen villages of its marginal tehsil, which are adjacent to Nepal and China border, are without network. The only network here is BSNL, that too works only for 10 days in a month.
