@rsprasad @DoT_India There is one place in India Badaka Duar area in village Surajpur District Mau U.P., where Jio4G No service, BSNL emergency calls only, Vodafone No service. All BSNL landlines dead. No action since last one year inspite of repeated complaints. Better declare

@DoT_India @JioCare Some concrete majors are required to improve the connectivity of BSNL and Jio Network at Surajpur Bada Duar area nearing Saryu river. It’s in Mau District U.P. Hardly one can get a network there.

@BSNLCorporate,#BSNLindia I am using bsnl post paid mobile service,but during lockdown i cant pay my bill and instead of cooperation bsnl executives(05322427020) are calling and saying that my numbers will be blocked on non payment of bills during lockdown.

@PMOIndia @rsprasad @DoT_India BSNL wifi & Jio 4G both networks are very poor in Muirabad, Kamlanagar locality of Prayagraj city. It’s difficult to file IT returns & pay self assessment tax. It takes half an hour to open the site & payment.

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a number ported to Jio from BSNL. I wanted a GSM sim instead of 4G as the phone in which i wanted to use the sim doesn’t support 4G. Was told by the Jio center that the Sim would work in 2G phones too. But when checked jio only supports 4G. Pls help!

@ViCustomerCare vi network and internet speed both are very much fluctuating like bsnl and their customer service is worst as even tried so many times via their toll free number and every time disconnected automatically so much poor service from vi.

@K_Nageshwar @HDFC_Bank @RBI DND (Do Not Disturb) facility is provided by all service providers. Log into your Mobile Service provider's website & activate DND. I have done it in both BSNL & AIRTEL and the facility works.
