    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    We subscribed to broadband because the mobile data connection was too slow here. But now bsnl broadband connection is even slower.

    @BSNLCorporate Yes after 5 days and 3 fake msgs of resolved and one phone call from Your officer not to complaint but we are customer and paying for the service bsnl not going to Minus 5 days bill atleast they behave well as well as give good service at last we irritate and take other connectio

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN @bsnk For my village bsnl officers refuse to provide the connections. It's not remote villages From West Side i have 2 km and east side I have 3 km only where my village located. Near by 1 km there is connection but officer refuse due to not feasibility. Please help

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I recharge ₹397 to my no. But I did not getting any msg from bsnl but recharge successful in mobikwik recharge operator kindly solve the issue.
