    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @smhnkmar @sumanthraman @airindiain Unlike the both mentioned above.. AI was making losses after merger with IA… It is better to privatize AI as the airlines was already at bottom of customer satisfaction … but if we do same for LIC or BSNL which is profit making to state it’ll be worst decision

    @shreerokz @sumanthraman @airindiain I m not saying AI disinvestment is bad! I am just saying the government peers should exist in businesses like telecom and insurances where their presence should keep monopoly in check! BSNL didnt die out bcos of employees, the funding strategy killed it!

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India my post paid Bsnl mobile cell one number 9417022201 and bsnl prepaid mobile numbers 9478181878 and 9478757519 are not working since 1 day. Please rectify the problem at the earliest.

    @SJha1618 Functioning of BSNL is much better than MTNL. If government had paid more attention it could have been monolith. Service especially in small town is very very good. I have been user of their broadband for several years. No complaints.

    @BSNLCorporate I read this the first time. AGM Etah gives generic responses about how they are working on it but it's been a few months and the issue has not been resolved. I had also filed complaints on pg portal which went to someone in BSNL Etah and there has been no response to that...

    @sumanthraman @nandusmart @airindiain + do u want me mention how JIO was pepped up and BSNL was targeted to be killed! If government operated customer service is bad, blame also the government which intentionally made it that way to satisfy the private operator bosses!!

    @SJha1618 I am using BSNL Fiber service. Checked with Jio and Airtel before and they dont have facility. Getting best services. Before, used MTNL broadband in Mumbai which was far better than private players.
