    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    @CMDBSNL @bsnl_care I also raised a complaint through the BSNL selfcare, but no resolution even after 48+ hours.I have contacted BSNL Customer Care multiple times. They are only asking me to "wait" as there seems to be a technical issue at their end with recharges/port requests.

    @bsnl_care @vip031284 @bsnl_care should ***** huge number of SIM stalls which would definitely spur more customer footfall in BSNL. more people are willing to takE BSNL but its accessibility to SIM cards is really insufficient. Pls do have more SIM kiosks.

    @bsnl_care In our rural area, most people depend only on BSNL network. For the past 3 days, the network has been completely down and no one is able to make or receive calls. This is causing serious inconvenience for everyone here.Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue immediately

    Trying to recharge my mom's mobile bsnl sim (Kerala )since yesterday and still failed. What's the issue? Customer care says it is a common issue and will be resolved in 2 hours since yesterday. It took 20min wait to talk to a customer care rep.

    When I got access to computers, I was solving problems for myself. We had a BSNL broadband connection. Which gave unlimited 4MBPS downloads from 2am to 8am. OG torrents era.
