    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @rsprasad @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate Bsnl staff are not able to resolve simple issue and asked me to connect with their 1503 no but the best part is, it's not working nither it's 123 & 198 are open for complaint, I can't connect to bsnl customer service by any medium

    @EconomicTimes Imagine this, while in next 2 yrs most people would be using 5G. BSNL would roll out 4G. that's like 7 yrs behind the competition. Rather than pursuing 4G they should close down entire mobile telecommunication and focus exclusively on fiber to home to small cities

    Hi Airtel Team, how long will you provide such a poor internet connectivity and call clarity issue. This is becoming unbearable now. BSNL is much better than any other pvt MNO even if govt not supporting them to launch 4G @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @rsprasad Sir, I am struggling to get a new fiber connection, already logged request for a week but no follow-up. The cell phone number got in ack is continuously switched-off. We should really fix BSNL-Ghaziabad. Hope this will help to bring ground reality to the right person.
