    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @bsnl_care What is the use of giving Customers "Happy Code" when no one asks for it, closes complaint without resuming Internet Fiber services? Since 1 week, filed multiple complaints, wrote to, DMed BSNL X Do these people not understand that duping Public will have consequences

    @KaranSharma1008 @Prayag_Krishna Problem is everywhere. You nationalise Indian companies and put bureaucrats to oversee the business. They only make money. you can see the condition of bsnl air India and other public sectors. If you have any other solution feel free to propagate. Problems everyone can show.

    @airtelindia @shashwatsharma - My friend had a BSNL broadband and on 17th he taken a Airtel broadband and paid the amount. Today, 28th APR still noone from Airtel came to his home for connection. This is happening in Hyderabad. Customer care don't care and only focus on sales.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Officials must imagine the problem faced by me as I have to send my children education fee which cant be possible without getting OTP. Only sharing ref. D2821142624741 will not help me to solve my issues.They must immediately restore service ASAP at Hayuliang.
