    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    @BSNL_HR i have requested our localities service provider for bsnl freedom 75 plan broadband and its day 24th and still i have no connection and everytime i hear from him is the excuse is that my bsnl number is not booked. I have paid money for this and still waiting?

    @mayavarathaan @Airtel_Presence Similar experience in thanjavur. Ended up moving to bsnl fiber so far no issues and speed is almost double of airtel internet speed

    @BSNL_OR after 6 pm there customer care service agent never ever pick the call rather disconnect the call when someone want to share the grievance.. big clap to the BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_WB Just imagine how people of the 743504 Falta West Bengal get frustrated currently with BSNL Mobile in this area still BSNL Mobile internet services not available actually on 2022/11/09 i have visited this place & 90 % of BSNL Mobile signal is blank even 2G also not available
