BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

@rsprasad Sir the unfortunately the BSNL has outsourced the installation service of BHARAT FIBER CONNECTION in my area i.e., in Danapur and the installer is overcharging for the same please help me to get the installation done as per the BSNL OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE CHARGES

@sunmor2901 My bsnl fiber connection reminds me everyday, why privatization is necessary. I paid around 8k to get this connection and it's down at least 3 times a day. I guess, Modi's fault.

@Triveni03150704 If cooperative system by government erase like bsnl ... farmer will on road and urban people’s will hungry due to high retail price ... now you can see ... as contract farming started from many year .. Usa also support farmer products for supply essential food are reasonable

@BSNLCorporate Your complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no JKH/CO/2013/4077 dtd 19/12/2013 is resolved. Everytime such msgs received since March'20 No solution for why one should pay for dead phone since then? Dead from March lockdown then long BSNL strike. On

@Apple I am using iPhone 7, iOS 14.3, BSNL SIM. Volte enabled through sms, voice call not working in LTE areas but internet and sms working. Now using an android device in such area. Other operators SIM works well with LTE mode. Could you help?
