    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @BSNLCorporate I know tower is working but in my location network is not working properly so its your duty to come there and check properly ...i think some isses with your tower angles since previous 2 to 3 months .please check sir its nassesary for you because there lived many bsnl costomers.

    didn't expect such poor service from you when I got the BSNL fiber. The technicians don't pick up the calls and the complaints get solved on the website, though it doesn't really happen. Really disappointed. Facing issues since a month. @BSNLCorporate

    @BsnlFiber i have bsnl fiber connection but the speed problem face to very low. my connetion is 599 basic plus. The speed this plan 60mbps but recived me speed is 4-5 mbps. i request to bsnl service please solve my problem as soon as.

    @VivekVGaikwad @BhatkhalkarA BSNL FAILED A BIDDING PROCES IT SIMPLY WAS A DEBT LADDEN AND HAD NO CAPACITY TO BUY IT OR RATHER SO LOSS MAKING INEFFICIENT ....NOT UPGRADED FOR YEARS THAT GOVT WS NOT INTERESTED IN WASTING GOOD MONEY IN BAD ASSET

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber is not working form last 10 days in my town, no employees of bsnl are receiving call, please fix it asap, and reduse our bill for non working period.

    @DoT_India Thanks to solve OPTIC FIBRE issue at the earliest.. But still the problem persists.. When there is electricity, there is network of both 2G & 3G..As soon as it cut off, network goes.. Please do the needful..BSNL NEITHER ACTING NOR RESPONDING. TATO, BIUNRIA PIN - 757036

    @BSNL_UPW @CMOfficeUP @myogiadityanath Hi, Nobody is listening to my issue, If you are not able to provide services then please don't waste our time and money. I talk to local BSNL broadband provider, He said there is electricity issue and he was saying they are not paid for electricity backup.
