    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    To @BSNL_KOTD BSNL network service in our city Howrah is very bad. It has become very annoying and difficult to use😡😠. This problem has been going on for a long time. @CMDBSNL, 🙏🙏Please take immediate action to resolve this issue. #PleaseHelp

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi.I hve a bsnl number 9474301477 which was lost due to theft.I deactivated it.Then I bought another bsnl sim with same number and authorities there said it will be activated within 24 hrs.Still its not activated but network showing and outgoing nd incoming stopped

    @BSNLCorporate very poor service BSNL Mahanagar, Lucknow they force cutomer to pay in cash while UPI available in Gkmti Nagar, Nagar Branch. Service is pathentic, customers are ignored and forced to wait while employees are talking with each others. BSNL Mahanagar

    @ECISVEEP Sirs yes correct Any reason even when top spocs of esteemed #ECI are addressed on emails for online concerns, since November 2015 just NO help till now? Fya i was forced to request esteemed bsnl for activating sim closed 4 years back to access epic data Rate your service sirs?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Continuously trying to reach #BSNL cust care at 1503. The call is not getting connected, or in case it gets connected, it is being disconnected l within few secs, or we are not able to hear each other. How to restart ue cust care. Pls help.

    @BSNLCorporate Worst experience, booking ID APP20260417834033, got reply that BSNL FTTH network is not available l . But many users are already using fibre in my area area .Govt employees slacking? Pl escalate to nodal officer.Bsnl employee don't want to work, each time they reject

    @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

    @TelecomTalk Bsnl is good in urban areas tier 2 and tier 3 cities but not good for travelling, it shifts network very very fast from 4g to 2g and then no network but only while travelling.

    @TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.
