    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @DoT_India So far,the condition of BSNL's network has not improved.Many complaints, message goes in vain.The customer care and the ground team did not take the necessary steps to improve the situation. Everytime they say the problem is solved without being solved. @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate worst helpline number I was waiting in the call for about 15mins it doesn't say how much estimated time nor it doesn't say if any alternate number fed up with these guys worst customer care worst singal worst bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS Pathetic service trying to buy BSNL broadband since last 1.5 months still no visit from BSNL agents. 2 agents were saying kal ata hu, kal ata hu. BSNL walo ka kal ata hi nahi. Government should sell BSNl to the private sector. @PMOIndia

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , There is no network of bsnl in Selu Maharashtra from 2 days.. Neither internet nor mobile network..i have visited bsnl office for complain about the issue twice from yesterday but no one was in the BSNL office selu, Plz resolve the issue as early as possible
