    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    To @BSNL_KOTD BSNL network service in our city Howrah is very bad. It has become very annoying and difficult to use😡😠. This problem has been going on for a long time. @CMDBSNL, 🙏🙏Please take immediate action to resolve this issue. #PleaseHelp

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @TelecomTalk LoL have BSNL broadband in my office and it goes down every 2-3 days and suddenly stops working also speed varies a lot.

    @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

    @Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

    Ppl - DON'T TAKE #BSNL connection. It won't work properly. It has lots of issues - Unstable 4G, call forwarding doesn't work in #BSNL, Call to cust care doesn't work. If we raise comp, @BSNLCorporate fellows close it w/o rectifying the prob. They just want salary w/o hard work.💦

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It somebody gets a new #BSNL connection or port to #BSNL, can't you send a Welcome SMS to the new customer. This will show a good gesture & their new SIM is activated & ready to use. Is this a service. See... How you can improve the service.

    Today I went to BSNL Office Deoria(UP) for SIM Sweeping but I was informed that there was not a single SIM in office last many days. What a poor condition is this. Govnment is telling they are working on it. Please do something for this. @BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    Dear jio from 6 month we are complaining for your poor service and has given several times details you asked for but nothing happened just as usual electricity went off network went off. Bsnl is best than you worst jio.

    @JM_Scindia Shri Scandia, I am one of those customers of BSNL fed up of the services offered by BSNL. Registered a NO INTERNET complaint, on 080 23241920. Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

    Maintaining a dual SIM is painful you are literally paying double. And you can’t disconnect one due to poor network coverage in native areas. These providers including BSNL are looting. Simple calling plan, feels like basic is missing !
