    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    @sanket @BJP4India Its just like JIO. Jio offers FREE service which attract more users. BSNL and others competitors face heavy loses. After some time when people don't have any other options JIO started charging them for there service. 1/n

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly include the de activation process in app itself so that people can pay online and entire process is automated , in today's world no one has time to go to bsnl office and raise a complaint request

    @BSNL_GJ Website doesn't accept complaint-"Invalid" 1800 number says "congestion" Trying since a week for non working phone and broadband. BSNL is a sad drain on the country and its people.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNL_CHTD my number 04422512258. And my Compliant No 124037163862. Issue not resolved more than 10 days Tambaram AE not picking up calls to rectify the issue and showing worst attitude towards the customers, I highlighted the issue to bsnl top management, but no use.

    @ DoT_India .BSNL Wi-Fi network uses an older security standard that's being phased out. When do we have more secure wi-fi in Tier I & II cities

    @being_moron The worst thing is when you press “hold and accept” during a conference call so all 40 people across Geos can listen to the BSNL automated voice announcement
