    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    @BSNLCorporate I have many complaint to you but my problem is not yet solve, my problem is mobile internet data in my village, BSNL tower (BTS) is located in my village-Raj Kharsa, Block-Kaler, District-Arwal, Gaya-Bihar-804428 but 3G/4G signal doesn't get.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW @MIB_India My fathers BSNL sim is locked, so i dialed to BSNL helpline/customer care for solution. Rather than listening properly, they were ignorant and told to contact later, one executive told that server is down..call after 4hr. Plz resolve this.

    @BSNLCorporate It is again falls assurance. What action has been taken when BB is out of order since last 30 days. I’m fad up hearing such sort of assurance from BSNL. Failed to extend result oriented service to consumers. Rashmi 02912431817
