    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    @SRBehera09 Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, service and condition of BSNL fiber is worse in Patahi purbi champaran district, Bihar.we are paying 2000 for broadband and from last 3 days we have no internet. We have to work for office and it is disturbing our work. Kindly check

    @IndiaPostOffice If this kind of nonsense continues, very soon Indian postal service will be as like as BSNL. The employees of postal department are public servant, but they don’t think so. As a taxpayer, I'll raise my voice and will take legal action against this nonsense.
