    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate BSNL service is very poor in Maharashtra - Kalyan, Titwala. Every alternate day, we need to log fault as broadband are not working. We need to pay bills for poor service.

    @sunmor2901 Long before 2014 I jumped from BSNL to @idea26nov2008 to @airtelindia but NEVER considered Reliance Jio and will never will ever, for i knew I had to keep away from thieves and crooks.

    @BSNL_JKD Bsnl Broadband not working since 2 days.. Ineffective response from you staff and no follow through what so ever.. Had installed it 5 years back or more!! Is this the customer grievance redressal your Org has?
