  Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

  BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

  @someware1982 Contact BSNL Kolkata CTD GM CM at 9432000345 regarding your issue, the case needs to be escalated to the Sales & Marketing team if you have recharged on November 2025 the plan should be valid till October 2025 because INR 1999 prepaid mobile plan validity is 11 months.

  @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate You often talk about Digital India, but how is Digital India possible when BSNL broadband is down for the entire day? This happens frequently, and the local vendor often doesn’t answer calls. We pay for the service—will BSNL extend our validity ?

  Telecom Ministers since 1st October, 2000 are responsible for the BSNL mess . BSNL was made to bleed, while TRAI and the dispensation helped Jio & other private operators . Bharti Airtel launched India’s first commercial 4G service on 10 April 2012 in Kolkata. BSNL could only launch 4G in 2025 because it was mandated to launch 4G based on indigenous technology . In 2010 Spectrum a small firm Infotel (later bought by Reliance) won pan-India 4G spectrum. Licence upgrade was allowed to add voice services by paying old 2001 rates . CAG said ₹3,367 crore “undue benefit” was given. Free offers were allowed when Jio launched it services . Long free data/voice deals got clean chit from TRAI despite rivals calling them predatory. IUC cuts & penalties were imposed . TRAI slashed interconnection charges (helped new entrant Jio) and fined incumbents for not connecting properly with Jio.

  @glb_kannadiga @sharath_nayaka7 @airtelindia BSNL is worst in terms of call connectivity. Also no networks in very crowded places like railway stations, malls. Can use as a secondary sim as it very cheap

  It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care
