    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    To @BSNL_KOTD BSNL network service in our city Howrah is very bad. It has become very annoying and difficult to use😡😠. This problem has been going on for a long time. @CMDBSNL, 🙏🙏Please take immediate action to resolve this issue. #PleaseHelp

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @JM_Scindia @airtelindia And then there is BSNL. The government has a telecom operator of its own — but years of underinvestment, slower network expansion and service-quality gaps have meant that BSNL isn't yet a realistic alternative for millions of consumers.

    @REDBOXINDIA This could bring stronger connectivity to many underserved areas. A huge capex plan for BSNL’s next-generation network expansion. ₹77,000 crore shows how serious BSNL is about scaling its network. The focus on 4G now with 5G expansion ahead looks promising. 2 lakh new 4G sites would be a major network upgrade.

    @trramesh @JioCare #Jio don’t care about customers. Worst customer experience. My experience with Jio is very bad. I am thinking of returning to @BSNLCorporate. BSNL has good customer support.

    11th August 2026 BSNL Fiber line Nos 06724-237656 06724-267636 are down since 6th July 2026. Will it be ever repaired or should we wait till 15/08/2047 to see Vikashit BSNL ? Why have we to pay bill for No service?

    @yatinmota Cartel schemes like Cement companies? Only BSNL can help customers but then the Government is still thinking about expanding 4G coverage and upgrades for 5G.

    All BSNL Customers are not getting incoming calls in Manchiryala district headquarters city pin 504208. VoLTE gone, 4G signals Ok. Internet Ok. But no incoming calls.. @bsnl_tt @bsnl_care Look at this problem ?

    @thestratink @ravikeerthi22 @NHAIROBengaluru 1. Mangalore Udupi highway, barricades gets removed during night . I have written confirmation from SP Udupi and DK SP 2. BSNL tower without back got a fix in Karkala to and Belthangady tq. 3. Newsletters of BMRCL gor a fix

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I am trying to port out my BSNL prepaid number (946786****) but the 1901 SMS fails with a "subsisting contractual obligations" error. Customer care is unable to resolve this. Please help remove this backend block immediately so I can generate my UPC.
