    Services of #BSNL, either LL or Cell phone, are ever worst. That is why, my 15 year's old cell no. is ported for just 4 days back into another provider. For our 16 years old LL, #BSNL usually serve ₹588 bi-monthly bill without a single incoming/outgoing call.

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    To @BSNL_KOTD BSNL network service in our city Howrah is very bad. It has become very annoying and difficult to use😡😠. This problem has been going on for a long time. @CMDBSNL, 🙏🙏Please take immediate action to resolve this issue. #PleaseHelp

    BSNL ₹485 plan - 2GB/day 4G data for 72 days. On Jio/Airtel, the same plan costs ₹700-₹800. What's stopping you from switching to BSNL? Network coverage or something else?

    @BaluGorade @BaluGorade We are in Pune outskirts official data says 3000 residents/ mobile users But since independence till 2018 there was no mobile network only connectivity we have is Jio mobile tower Where is BSNL ?? since 1947 till 2025 This is very close to Nagar Highway #Bakori

    @BaluGorade No proper network connection resulting in internet speed still in Pre-Jio Era. No proper visibility of BSNL. Government setup resulting in no competitive pricing similar to private sector.

    @law_ninja Agree with you; I am more concerned about why people are not chiseling the third option like bsnl or vi. As I can see government is doing its bit to support VI and we should too. Most of us has dual sim and i am only asking to have vi as one sim

    @BaluGorade I will switch to bsnl happily but its network quality it very poor so for more better network i use jio and airtel

    @BSNLCorporate Your office says 4G VOLTE is available and distributed 4G sim cards, now getting network speed "edge" which we have forgotten 3 decades ago. BSNL is still providing "edge" network, promising 4 G, why mislead the people, you are 3 decades behind.

    @BaluGorade I was using bsnl broadband for nearly all my life till 2 years back. They have frequent network outage and response is pathetic. When I went to cancel it, I had to run from office to office in a building where people just relaxing. I had to get signatures from 4 office.
