Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. I’ve recharged multiple times, but it’s a total waste because the data never works. The signal keeps dropping from 4G to 2G automatically.
