Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. They say that it cannot be done in the store and i need to go to a camp nearby to do that. It did not make any sense that in scorthing heat u are sending customer to a camp.
