No idea how to make it alive again.This landline is solely for broadband usage.Hence do not find much reason to keep this line any more due to Pathetic services of BSNL technical team. Today 27th March,Even after all this time,no problem has been solved.Kindly solve this!

Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response.
