In the trailing mail 29/04 of Customer Care it is confirmed that “ Card is active”. Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So it appears that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

Directed that employee grievances be addressed promptly and no legitimate issue remain pending without resolution. @TPWesternOdisha C/n- 814711100395, there is no electricity in Bonaigarh, Deogaon, from 5 pm and till now no current and due to that JIO, Airtel, BSNL sim not functioning properly network coverage reduced like zero network. Don't power cut unnecessarily. Don't test our patience.
