Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate I don't get 4G in my area . I am from Kolkata and I only get BSNL 3G network with slow 530 kbps speed . Improve your speed in Kolkata and bring 4G all over Kolkata . My pin code is 700105 .

@AnuragM17072708 @BSNLCorporate In my family we used bsnl land and mobile. But due to the range and service issue. We cancelled the land and port to other network. Even though we kept bsnl sim for nostalgic reasons. Now also bsnl not giving proper 3g. 2g is ok. I have daily 2gb data. But i never used 1gb.

While other network providers are in the testing phase of 5g, out dear old bsnl is still stuck at inducing 4g. Please don’t even consider merging. I urge the government to bring the required revolution in telecom sector. And save us from such overprices.@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
