Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Chennai Ramanujan Tech park, Carr building, 8th floor. No Signal except 2G. 2G also wont work between 8th to 12th floor. Same in ground floor Parking. But your know Airtel have full signal for 2g & 4g, 5G. Am not sure whether our complaints are listened by the bsnl employees.

@JioCare Jio is the most third class company of India, Vodafone Idea and BSNL are better than it, I don't know who declared it the best network in the 2025 report. I am ashamed of people who said Jio is the best network.

@tata_neu I made a bsnl recharge on Tata Neu today morning. Amount debited from my bank account but till now mobile not recharged. Tata Neu is not responding how can I got without validity of my sim with financial transactions.Extremely poor service from Tataneu.Plz resolve soon

@VBHATI2050 @sarveshsuman884 @JioCare Even their cellular network doesn't provide the same speeds, because they refuse to scale up their infra. I'm at my wits end with Jio in Delhi. Sometimes even my BSNL sim latched on to the revered MTNL network performs better

.@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia FYI It seems that there is no power backup at BSNL 4G tower at Bhawanipur Rajdham(854204), Bihar. The network goes down whenever there is a powercut. When we are planning to make BSNL a prominent entity, this kind of service is not expected.

@bsnl_care I have taken a New prepaid connection today at Rs.1 from your nearest bsnl office.He told me that the connection would be activated within one hour but not yet activated why?.I think this is the difference between you and private telecom giving service. Kindly resolve
