Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

@ANI WORST SERVICE @BSNLCorporate 🥴.. Whenever i complaint regarding internet issues I got the same reply everytime " CONTACT YOUR NEAREST BSNL CSC" .I wish and pray hard that BSNL to be PRIVATIZED ASAP Smiling face with horns ....full support friends (from my @JioCare sim).

@pravesh814 Bro live in reality. Am using jio finer since pandemic started. got connection during lockdown. Not a single day internet was down. Before that I used @youbroadband for 3 years. they had good internet speed by poor customer service. BSNL employee didn’t evem respond.

At one time the 5th or 6th largest telecom in the world, BSNL. Today its a ghost co with poor service, inept mgmt, zero passion among employees and corruption.

Government doesn't allowing BSNL to have 4G to favour Jio & Airtel.. Even BSNL employees are not Using BSNL network Govt. Must forced their Employees for using BSNL network, if Govt. Wanted to save BSNL .. #BSNL #bsnl #StopPrivatisation

@ndtv Any complaint to BSNL falls on deaf ears.. they simply don't care any longer.. It's not entirely their fault, the gov is busy promoting jio, how will BSNL prosper??

@RamRam1718 @ANI Bsnl service is pathetic I called them to know something they kept me on hold for 45 minutes and then cut the call many times not picked the call also...diff btw jio airtel and bsnl is my wifi was put in 1and half week after repeated calling his jio in just a call a night before

@jainis_r_p @ANI Yeah may be but I would say corruption within BSNL brought to this stage. They were in peak and every house had one BSNL landline at times and in rural area BSNL is the key source of contact and now there is no network and no landline phones.
