Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

There is no signal on my BSNL number at pin code 737101. It has been 4-5 days that I am missing all my important calls. Kindly expedite the resolution of any impending issues to curb the discomfort caused. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate the officer there told me to pay 300 rupee. An they would issue me a new sim with the same number. I don't understand why should I get a new sim when I already have one. And why is bsnl so adamant about shutting down services without prior notice

@BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl @BSNL_HR We complaint for mobile network to care many times but no action. We are extremely surprised to see that bsnl don't have any power backup because network are only available when there is gov power electricity available else no service.

I shifted to BSNL. But there is no network from last few days in my place. It's really adventurous & uncomfortable having BSNL as your primary SIM. In an era of digitalization it's very unfortunate to be part of this unpredictable service like this. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR
