@Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

@airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

@visrane BSNL has been worst in customer service for last 7 years. They cannot even maintain landlines. My landline is not working for past 10 days. The connections are jumbled. If I phone a different number comes on mobile. No wonder no incoming. #bsnllatestnews

@mughavaikannan @BSNLCorporate BSNL has widest infra yet very sub par tech support. Also for BSNL it doesn't matter that one is a broadband customer from 15 years (since 128k). Same treatment for all ... " kal (tomorrow) dekhte hai" My issue has since got resolved after about 23 hours.

@CMDBSNL this is not just once that I have complaint regarding the internet service issues and there have been few times where I have missed my payment dates and BSNL have suspended my services for non payment in time. what about the down services?

let me inform you @BSNLCorporate a month ago i bought plan(Fibre Basic Plus &speed was 60MBPS). Unfortunately, it doesn't work properly. I'm doing my office work in very bad manner because of the very slow 🐌convection speed of BSNL fiber. It has really disappointed to me.

@BSNLCorporate @iamWahidWani Recharge be big or small the users of bsnl worried in terms of coverage, speed,ease of payment, poor website and app.I am not proving that he said right but he is in pain to say that as if bsnl,mtnl services and maintenance were privatised then its holds good. No queue faicilty.
