BSNL_Andhrapradesh (@bsnl_ap_circle) reported@Kishore08224967 Sir, APSRTC Plan cannot be changed to normal plan and porting also not possible. If you want to change the plan you need approval from authority of APSRTC. If you need a new SIM with new number please visit nearby BSNL customer service center.
