@airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

@Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

Wow. BSNL is still asking us to write and submit A4 sheet letters in person for service requests! BSNL - saving people's handwriting from becoming extinct, one service request at a time.

@aditya_konarde ACT, Tikona, Beam etc will suck big time during peak hours. Airtel and BSNL are consistent speed. Only problem is when your router is further from you than you neighbour's router. Wifi analyzer will tell you signal strength of nearby routers. Signal strength is not bandwidth.

@Airtel_Presence You so called customer care, appellate and nodal officers, are built on a strong sense of falsehood, deceit, and apathy. Airtel may soon find itself in the league of BSNL-MTNL. I have been shouting out for months, without any attention. No more than pickpockets.

Really frustrated with the service of Bsnl Ftth.I am getting only 1-2mbps on my 100mbps plan.Other providers are giving same plan in half of its price but Bsnl doesn't listen to their customers.They can't even give a Dual router with its connection @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @TRAI
