    @Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing problems again. No network coverage. Maybe because of power cuts but if BSNL works then yours should too. Keating Road, SHILLONG

    @airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL BB connection internet is not working and after raising complaints, it is getting resolved without fixing the issue. Nobody visited or called to fix the issue. Very disappointed. Complaint id: 130378058936

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate No action taken after 24hrs! Can someone confirm how much time BSNL want to come on action mode. I really don't like BSNL service but it is a mazboori ! Atleast tell me the expected time bcoz issue is not resolve after so many follow-up. Nobody contact me till now

    I have registered a complaint On BSNL care, they gave complaint no.- K2659002411 And assure to fix the problem in 48 hrs. After 48 hrs I called, They shocked me, to told that no complaint has been lodged by you. how irresponsible was that. 1/2

    @excitel_rocks Dear SWATI Jee, i apologize to applied for EXCITEL connection, i am never suggest to anyone who seen this tweets from starting till today, go and apply BSNL or MTNL connection but never ever EXCITEL connection worst and pathetic everything in this company.

    @BSNLCorporate Still there is no network of BSNL in NEEPCO, Duliajan, Assam area. Yesterday evening network was available for some time but the problem still exist. Please do the needful.
