    @airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

    @Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing problems again. No network coverage. Maybe because of power cuts but if BSNL works then yours should too. Keating Road, SHILLONG

    @varunuppal @Preetam_M_Rao Privatising is good to run business but not to run law enforcement. That is the problem. BSNL is not enforcing a law but anywhere there is enforcement we need government body who understands in and out of every system.

    Hi Team, I am using BSNL fiber an year's of time with pathetic service.I am here at small district Mahendergarh.Earlier I took 50 MBPS fiber plan with worse modem service as well. Now In middle of March internet speed and network was worse they told me to take 5g modem.

    The worst thing to happen during the pandemic in the Islands is the #BSNL network. It sucks! Call drops are so frustrating! Appreciation due when the network works! @bsnlandamannic

    @BSNL_RJ It is really disappointing that BSNL has the worst customer service, trying calling on 18003451500 for hours line is blank after "we are connecting to an agent". My office work is getting delayed for the past 4 days. please improve your customer services and contact me.

    @BSNL_MH Sir I am using bsnl 4g sim but unable to get internet on my mobile phone since 22 may. I am residing in Nagpur Maharashtra (urban) pin-440015. Regarding this , I've spoken to customer care but the issue remains the same. Req you to please look into it and do the needful.
