    @Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing problems again. No network coverage. Maybe because of power cuts but if BSNL works then yours should too. Keating Road, SHILLONG

    @airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #kothagiri #InternetDown No internet from 09:15 AM in Kothagiri and nobody from BSNL is responding. But for bill payment reminders, automated calls come perfectly on time. Customers deserve proper service, not excuses. Worst experience.

    @InvestorOfJAMMU Yes, I agree with what you said, but still, Airtel is the only telecom provider that has connected us to the rest of the world before Jio came. Otherwise, we end up calling BSNL people who never come to our home to repair.

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.

    BSNL closed my complaint docket without providing any actual resolution. Mobile data service is still unusable, and I am forced to post this using another network while already paying BSNL in advance for data services. Complaint No.: E1423150247339

    @BSNL_UPEast Hampering network means bsnl. @JM_Scindia plz change name of bsnl to PSNL. Drop name B for Bharat. These engineers need bulldozer treatment. No network since morning.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I visited the BSNL office at Ghazipur today (Monday) during regular working hours, but it was completely closed. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer experience. Kindly look into this matter.
