Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

The response is poor and executives seem unhelpful. If this is the service level, it may be better to shut down customer care and save public money

sandip dhoot (@sandipdhoot) reported@JioCare once you use jio air fiber, you will remember one old commercial "Dabba hai dabba, jio air fiber dabba". BSNL provides better service than them. @Airtel_Presence never faced such disastrous service with Airtel. #jioairfiberdabba
