@Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

@airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate The speed of FTTH connection has reduced drastically since last few days. The field staff (outsourced) even couldn't resolved the issue and they referred it to BSNL officials. Now I am pretty sure it will not be resolved by next billing cycle.

One of my friend has ported his BSNL number to airtel but is unable to use data services. Packs are valid and customer care assured of action in one week.. no complaint number provided…he is thinking of porting to other service provider @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_MH : Sir, I’m holding on to BSNL postpaid connection for 2 decades. Suddenly my plan was changed and data services activated. 1952 does not work, 155223 asking me to use 1952. Did try BSNL escalation via email. Got response after a month, no help provided.
