@Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

@BSNL_RJ bsnl services is very bad. At my location ( pin code-322254) when electricity supply off, then network supply off. I want to say bsnl that please arrange a inverter or generator for your network tower. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks

It is working superfine & i am getting speed upto 100mbps in any time of the day. Even they have better customer support. This is modi's 🇮🇳.customer first

@BSNLCorporate my BSNL fibre connection isn't working for past 2days it is showing loss of connection and it happens several times in month, my service vendor also don't answer the call. BSNL must be converted into private sector or must be realised so customer won't suffer.

This happens even in working hours. His last promise today at 5PM was the work is just 5 mins and would be done. It's been more than an hour and now his family members attend the call.I guess this kind of staff and service is what effects the brand of BSNL.hope you look into this

Hello BSNL India team, kindly look into BSNL fiber net issues in my village Undurru, Undi, West Godavari, Andhrapradesh. Internet is very slow today, I had informed to BSNL agent at 3 PM today and still no update on my request. @BSNLCorporate #BSNL
