    @Airtel_Presence dear Airtel I switched my BSNL working network to Airtel ... and I subscribed for an annual connection .. however network connectivity speeds is almost zero at my place ... Would you be able to fix it or I have to look for alternatives

    @airtelindia internet is not working in pre-paid number since past 12 days multiple complaint has been lodged no resolution till now kindly resolve it location Mahipalpur South west delhi in front of cisf GBS campus poor service else will switch to #BSNL.

    BSNL reported a net loss of ₹4,738 crore for the full FY26 (more than double the previous year's ₹2,247 crore loss). In Q4 FY26 alone, it posted a ₹1,269 crore loss (vs. a profit in the prior year due to accounting changes). ● Revenue grew modestly by ~1.7% to ₹21,199 crore, missing the government target of ₹28,476 crore. Cellular/ Mobile Service business (26% of revenue) saw only 1% growth. ● Positive notes : Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) rose significantly (reported 42% jump to ₹101 in some updates). Revenue has grown ~20-25% over two years to around ₹25,000 crore, with strong EBITDA improvements in earlier quarters (e.g., margins expanding notably due to operational efficiencies and 4G push).

    @mashrujeet @airtelindia Now VI is shutting help desk centre and they don't answer to customer care after 12 pm to 6 in morning?! After JIo , GOI and Airtel swallowing VI customer will be left with three option jio airtel and bsnl All three provide net also , but VI only provide sim service

    @aigetoachq @Money9Live Exactly .. What is the fault of the hardworking employees then ? BSNL is not able to make profits. They can implement whatever the senior authority is providing. Like if the network is poor,then it needs to provide 4G proper and good 5G with muh more towers as compd to its compe
