Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

The person who answered was more concerned about my money getting credited back into my account as the recharge didn't process through. Some of it can be taken over for road widening and provide relief to the problems at that junction. Also with new flyover ramps being planned at that junction the road width has to be increased.

I means it's there job to know and help
