    @BSNLCorporate BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

    @bsnl_tt worst experience with BSNL . I have ported from Jio to BSNL by trusting them ,but the signal is too worst in Hyderabad. Even in some places there is no chance for 2G. Why you people are selling 4G sims Making people fools @BSNLCorporate

    @Aadhaar_Care @UIDAIHyderabad The center is BSNL, ECIL, Hyderabad. I never said non-functional. They are not acting according to the written instructions in the form. I will be happy if you settle my issue than taking action on the person.

    @jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

    @BSNLCorporate not at all getting data, instead getting SMS from BSNL stating " you have reached the specified usage of data, you will be charged by operator" I must get 1.5 GB data, on my 9491276899. But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

    @CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

    Very strange BSNL still in slumber when other telcos are running fast.3 days back filed complaint about dead land line. No response from their side till now.This is difference between private & Govt cos.When Govt &BSNL wake up to put in proper monitoring body to track complaints

    @BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle We have landline connection since 10 years but since 2 months it's not working, have complaining daily by calling to customer care people and DGM also. But no one is taking care worst experience with bsnl in my life

    @BSNLCorporate my phone 040-24094199 has been out of order for last 15-20 days. Even after complaining, it remains alive for a few hrs and then dead again. Pathetic and frustrating. Repeated complaints too don't help. At the mercy of BSNL. No wonder the loss.

    @BSNLCorporate I have been receiving promotional calls from BSNL for more than a week. When I contact customer service, they respond, “We can't stop calls from BSNL" I’m telling you now that I’m genuinely irritated I’ve reached my limit with these promotional calls. Please, stop.
