Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

@CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

@BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

@CMDBSNL after complaining for 8 times the landline 040-27807024 no one is attending the repair of a super senior citizen. The phone is dead for the past 3 months.simply the complaints are closed without correcting. This is the fate of a Bsnl user request to help.

@BSNLCorporate I am a FAN of BSNL. Unfortunately I am not getting even ".5" GB data ! Out of 3.5 GB/ Day. Painful to say that "NO SIGNAL" Even in cities like Hyderabad and BANGALORE! Every time brought to the notice of authorities, but "NO RESPONSE NOR ACTIONS" WHAT TO DO. ????

@BSNLCorporate Instead of getting DATA, getting SMS stating you have exceeded your DATA. I am supposed to get 1.5 GB. UNFORTUNATELY not getting on 9491276899, Someone called from 6203483761,9771642667 stating from BSNL Customer Care, asking bank details!!!!????

@BSNLCorporate not at all getting data, instead getting SMS from BSNL stating " you have reached the specified usage of data, you will be charged by operator" I must get 1.5 GB data, on my 9491276899. But BSNL Customer service: 6203483761, 9771642667 asking bank information, why?

Even bsnl vendors didn't pickup the phone local authorities don't take update or take up issue on whatsapp and asking to contact this or that....any time circuit went down in a day time.. sometimes we ignore it as we don't have to work that time ..

@DoT_India Thank you. Please take necessary action for future outages. A service provider #BSNL must be quick to ack and fix the issues. Out of 25 days, 12 days has been of link being completely down. #No_Internet Currently link is up again since 25th July, 2021 1:30 PM .
