@BSNLCorporate I think the authorities of BSNL will provide CDMA, when land line wires broken, or not there. When private operators are providing CDMA connections, the GREAT BSNL, I think can provide the facilitate Customers.

@CMDBSNL after complaining for 8 times the landline 040-27807024 no one is attending the repair of a super senior citizen. The phone is dead for the past 3 months.simply the complaints are closed without correcting. This is the fate of a Bsnl user request to help.

@CMDBSNL @arvind9963 Officers of the rank of JAG,SAG,HAG are not relieved despite issue of transfer orders. When lower level officers seek retention they are relieved forceably citing BSNL interest. Is interest of service only for lower levels.

Literally even BSNL employees at Gowliguda exchange Hyderabad, doesn't know about best recharge plans. And they fail to explain the recharge options. @BSNLCorporate Good Bye!! I would never recomend BSNL to anyone.

Internet and voice line outage in anta (baran district) rajasthan for more than 12 hours @BSNLCorporate Such garbge service by bsnl in small towns like anta and people are compelled to use bsnl becuase no other ISP are there. The outage issue is so frequent.
