    @AshwiniVaishnaw am a BSNL broadband customer in Hyd for last ten years. BSNL has now upgraded router and asking me to buy that for Rs 1500. Else, i have to disconnect. Isn't this ridiculous ? Any upgrade has to be borne by the company. Pl look into it.

    @DoT_India BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

    Sectors like defence, railways, BSNL purely deal with service and not profit & loss statements and are compelled to serve nook & corner of the country irrespective of geography, security, climate or viability. Now, how can one say that BSNL is under losses

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt it's been more than 36hrs exchange is down and no progress on it yet, we are losing our work hours relying on BSNL broadband.this despite being in heart of Hyderabad.. pathetic state of performance.. time to look for other networks

    @lovekapil143 @HYDTP @hydcitypolice @TelanganaDGP @cyberabadpolice The land on the left side belongs to BSNL which is practically unused and empty. Some of it can be taken over for road widening and provide relief to the problems at that junction. Also with new flyover ramps being planned at that junction the road width has to be increased.

    In Two or Three months lo BSNL will Totally Closed ,,Total Employees Are Giving VRS ( Volentairly Retirement Scheme ) from last 15days,,May in future JIO will take over the BSNL broadband aswellas Mobile network . Modi ji & Ambaani ji BondinG .

    @bsnl_tt worst experience with BSNL . I have ported from Jio to BSNL by trusting them ,but the signal is too worst in Hyderabad. Even in some places there is no chance for 2G. Why you people are selling 4G sims Making people fools @BSNLCorporate

    Very strange BSNL still in slumber when other telcos are running fast.3 days back filed complaint about dead land line. No response from their side till now.This is difference between private & Govt cos.When Govt &BSNL wake up to put in proper monitoring body to track complaints

    @bsnl_care Via #BSNL sim coz ur 4G signal is availble bt I wondr how long it'll stay. It may vanish compltely aftr somtime. Only E/no data signl wil b availble which is an usual phenomena most of the time. Then I'm turned in2 a beggar coz I beg my wife 2 share hr hotspot 2 surf the intrnet

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband was down from last evening. When I called at 8 PM, I was told customer support doesn’t operate beyond 8 PM. In today’s world, internet is an essential service—support should be available 24×7. Yes, the fault was finally fixed after 10 AM today, but by then the two FIFA World Cup quarterfinals at 2:30 AM and 6:30 AM were long over. A delayed repair is of little value when the event you needed the service for has already passed. Seriously considering porting to Airtel Fibre or BSNL Fibre. They may have outages too, but at least they don’t claim to offer the best customer service while leaving customers without support overnight.

    R/sir, repeated fault at BSNL IT Circle of four states at Chinchwad near KSB chowk, crucial services are hampered, around Rs.5 lac Diesel was burnt in 7 days to run the services,urgely requested to look into the matter to resolve the problem permently. @MSEDCL @MSEDCL_BHOSARI

    @BSNLCorporate I have been receiving promotional calls from BSNL for more than a week. When I contact customer service, they respond, “We can't stop calls from BSNL" I’m telling you now that I’m genuinely irritated I’ve reached my limit with these promotional calls. Please, stop.
