Today our engineer visit and found every pair earth 14 volt dc to 50 dc. Please arrange the cable jointer team and repair the cable , restore the bsnl link.

Continuously every week connection is down for more than 12 hours. Every time after I lodge complaint it is reported as resolved without visiting at my home to look what problem actually 1/2
