To retain the balance, customer may want to recharge just before expiry of GP1 (7days). It is suggested that if BSNL really wants to help customers and increase the number of subscribers, the auto recharge may be done at last hour of GP1 instead of initial hours of GP1. 2/2

I had done nearly 150 complains in last 6 months. Daily there are faults. Technician says cables are worn out, and no budget for new ones.
