  Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

  Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

  Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

  Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

  @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

BSNL is in loss since about 2003...( Reason mostly same ) 3.BSNL has 4G in some circle It's govt company as I told you they don't have fear of job loss So they don't bother about loss and profit...   @BSNL_BR More over 5 months gone but my problem was not resolved. At my place inside the room BSNL Tower is not catching. Area Damoderpur, pin -847223... Still I have faith on my Govt company and I will not switch my no to any other network.... Please resolve...

  @TimePassDoctor @rishibagree Actually they are not BSNL employees... they are Department of Telecom (DoT) recruited employees absorbed in BSNL(approx 4 lakh employees absorbed in Oct,2000 during BSNL formation), they are not working bcoz they have pensions , now almost all Voluntary retired.

  @BSNLMH_Nagpur @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL,I am using BSNL broadband since many years.Since 7-8 days my broadband stops working after 8 pm everyday & starts working in morning.I never see that it's proper working,many times internet stops & again restarts.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nagpur @cgm_mh_bsnl I am not enjoying speed and service of BSNL broadband. Koradi circle is having big problem since 2 years. Even I am not getting proper coverage & internet on my BSNL 4G SIM card. I hope you will improve service. 07109-262408
