    No network in BSNL since yesterday . Sometimes network available but no call can be made either incoming or outgoing. The whole area facing the same problem at Rongo, West Bengal (pin 735206). Inform customer care, still no response. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_KOTD

    To make call from my jio no to bsnl no . So it's done now hopeless service thanks . Tom i am changing my service provider .

    Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

    Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Sitting inside office premises in Gangtok Town,at prime locations,bsnl have worst signal reach.Even many have ported out to others like Jio n Airtel n you people sitting there saying ur ntwrk is good.Go n check then say a single word!!I am facing it and I am not going to switch!!

    @bansalvibhorr @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate No BSNL signal at 737101 for the past many days. Severe discomfort caused to loyal users. Such a shame!

    We wish to take BSNL Wifi or broadband service in/at our location. Kindly @BSNLCorporate suggest which service is possible for our location. Like me, there are lots of user looking for a Wi-Fi service. Location - Kakrahwa Bazar, District - Siddharth Nagar, UP-272206. @CMDBSNL

    There is no signal on my BSNL number at pin code 737101. It has been 4-5 days that I am missing all my important calls. Kindly expedite the resolution of any impending issues to curb the discomfort caused. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

    @reliancejio great network jio . Since 2 days i am unable to call from my jio no to bsnl no really great .. i generated port out request i received a call in next 2 mins . But till now i am unable to connect to bsnl no . ******* *** service jio

    Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

    Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

    @bsnl_care Like this already took more than 25 complaints. Why just playing complaints game.?? Shameful BSNL.. network that is destroying its own trust by worthless service. Not fixing tower issues for months and why do bsnl charge us?

    R/sir, repeated fault at BSNL IT Circle of four states at Chinchwad near KSB chowk, crucial services are hampered, around Rs.5 lac Diesel was burnt in 7 days to run the services,urgely requested to look into the matter to resolve the problem permently. @MSEDCL_PZ

    @bsnl_care Posted via my BSNL sim, same location. Ur BSNL 4G network seems 2 b quite stable 4 the last few hours. I hope such stable service continues. I can understand that it may not b 100% possible but too much disruptions bring a bad name 2 the country's largest public telecom sector.

    @bsnl_care Via BSNL sim, same location. There's slight improvemnt in ur service. But it's not satisfactory. BSNL 4G vanished at around 22:15 & didn't return till 23:27. I don't know whethr it returnd aftr I went off 2 sleep. But at 7 am there was no 4G. Now it's availble & so I could post.

To initiate the porting process, send an SMS PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900 to receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), which is valid for 4 days.
