Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

@TelecomTalk BSNL and MTNL still under Ministry of Communications. If the service is bad, not because of Employees, its purely the failure of Central Govt.Since 5 years Central not allotted the 4G spectrum, because of lobbing of pvt telcos.

@BSNL_WB Surprised that BSNL Gangtok #Sikkim are unable to recharge my mobile No 9434053044 inspite of having paid Rs.397/- on 3.12.2022. They have reported the problem to #BSNLKolkata, but still my phone no is not reflected in my mobile set. This phone is with me since 20 years.
