Even,I tried few more numbers which are ported to Jio(specially Voda to Jio), same response! The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Tried to explain CC on 1503, but they said that there are no such issue on my number.Whatever they asked me to do, I did all,but still not able to call on that number!Even not able to call on that no. from my other bsnl number too!Kindly check this issue. @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

Worst network and worst indoor coverage and worst experience in BSNL Prepaid services. Indoor ntwrk is too poor. Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Why I am not able to make call from my bsnl number to 9015937341(ported to Jio from Vodafone).This is my brother's number and I checked that it wasn't blocked n still I m not able to call. Kindly check if there is any issue. No such calling issue to others Jio! @BSNLCorporate

Broadband not functioning, very frequently it doesn’t works, network isn’t coming & on complaining about this with the local bsnl members, they aren’t listening. @BSNLCorporate We use it for convenience and not for getting your system resolved.

@BSNLCorporate today i went to BSNL, Trimulgherry -500015 for my LL bill payment. I reached there at 10.03 hrs. And left at 10.25 hrs. As no one was there on the payment counter. I made a complaint before also & got assurance but nothing changed

@BSNL_AS Is there any issue with the network in Guwahati since today morning there has been no incoming, outgoing & messaging facilities with mine & many more people residing in my area for post paid Bsnl connection. I have lodged my complaint in customer support. Pls look into.

few days back i told this guy, the local executive of BSNL in our area that i am facing internet issue, he asked me speed test screenshot which i immediately provided and he did not replied then next day i again told him the concern he again asked for speed test and never replied
