The IVR says"THE PERSON YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH, IS UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL AT THE MOMENT,PLEASE TRY LATTER". Can You(BSNL) plz try yourself,So as you can understand the issue! @JioCare

Same spot all other providers do have signal except bsnl, why?? On travel all providers have good ntwrk and bsnl have worst ntwrk. Location - Gangtok @BSNLCorporate

Additionally, as per information from BSNL offices, it appears that eSIM is currently being issued only for new connections and not for existing numbers. But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.
