    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ Already struggling with poor BSNL service, and now this recharge issue too. I recharged ₹997 plan (150 days validity) while my ₹2399 plan was still active, but BSNL activated it immediately instead of after expiry. mobile no ending with -242. #BSNl

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ very poor customer care service .I have a bsnl wifi which is not working from past 2 days .I can't book my complaint on 18004444 as no is not working.bsnl people r nt picking up call .no wonder why bsnl users are declining.

    @deepdownanlyz BSNL telephone exchange is in my area. A few years back the situation was that when electricity went off the mobile phone signals disappeared till the generator was turned on by them. After porting, never dared again for such fun.
