    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @Axonaldoctor @TRAI In my place even BSNL is giving better data service ( 3.5 G.) than VI. The number I opted to port out from VI was earlier with Airtel. Ported in VI because of that same money stealing problem of auto activation value added services by Airtel.

    Bsnl fiber install in my house 10 days ago but it's speed like snal I tell bsnl provider but don't hear my request and not solve my problem This problem see in this pich which I tag in this tweet So I request to solve this problem respected BSNL officers.

    @BSNLCorporate I have sent the contact no and location through private message. Have tried contacting customer care. No success. BSNL complaint by CustCare 1 Jan 2022 : 2A01AP308503 Pls call if possible.
