@BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Sorry to say Condition of Bsnl in India is very worst INDIAN first government telecom company has weakest network and other telecom companies have started 5g service in country but BSNL is on maximum 2g ang 3g service Shame on this first telecom company. @BSNL_OR @MIB_India Dear BSNL, are you trying hard for people to discontinue their landlines? We are still trying our best to continue our landline (0671 2331044) but so much distrubance while talking over the phone that can hardly hear each other.Kindly help.

@BSNLCorporate on the Ganesh chaturthi, there is no internet in Bsnl chandrapura, under Dhanbad circle..no helpline also giving exact server restore...whole day no internet..shame on your service ..provide a helpline no about network restore asap.
