    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @Ajaykumaarji I am a bsnl customer for couple of years now. Your message sounds like you are paid by bsnl to promote. No offense. Because calls are not going and wwhen we raise complaint they close the tickets without solving it. I have the proof. Irresponsible bsnl.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have Bsnl Postpaid number in my household and since forever I cannot pay it's bill via any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe etc. App doesn't fetch the bill or number details. Kindly look into the issue. It's very stupid & frustrating. #BSNL
