    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @narendramodi BSNL should improve its customer service, because of corruption in BSNL, un-supportive to customer complaints, beauracratic apathy to consumers, a feeling by BSNL officials that their job is secure despite their apathy to consumer complaints, had brought the company to bankruptcy

    BSNL suffered&verge of closure because of apathy in solving problems of customers by higher officials&CSR offls,They think their job is secure even if they disregard customer complaints,They should be mercilessly shown the door by clandestine internal audit @JM_Scindia @bsnl_care
