    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate I have been using BSNL sim for more than 1 year but whenever I do normal topup, the money is automatically deducted. And Hello tune is set automatically. I still don't understand what it is doing. It happened before, I stopped it by calling customer care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Network connectivity in #Santipur as BTS down for last 4 days. No initiative to repair. BSNL is now to put in showcase. No suitable staffs to maintain mobile network. 3rd class. Shame for BSNL. I draw attention of higher authorities to look into this.

    @IndianTechGuide Allow starlink. One star link dish can cover one enture building. No network cable damage problems. Or BSNL towers with wifi network

    @shivsha12990151 @nakulvibhor 600??? Actually the cheapest plans are Airtel - 199 Jio - 189 BSNL - 107 Vi - 99 Per month. Even if you have all 4 service provider Sims and use the cheapest plans, the total isn't 600. You are a rich man

    @TelecomTalk Already using 2 BSNL sims.. with absolutely poor reception.. Even if I don't get 5G or ****.. I just hope they improve the reception to atleast be able to send and receive calls and messages properly..

    @nakulvibhor There should be only incoming pack where you pay a nominal amount and get calls and SMS for 6 months. BSNL has increased the minimum recharge fm 107 to 147 and the signal is so poor that neither I get calls nor data. @TRAI

    @mumbaimatterz @mid_day Sabka time aata hai. Hope cab’s refusal and manmani will come down. Before d arrival of private telecom operators, I do remember how BSNL / MTNL used to harass us. Linemen were d main culprits. Now no one cares for them. “Waqt ka doosra naam hi Itihaas Hai.”

    @nakulvibhor They're in business & not in service. Even the public sector BSNL won't be able to afford to provide free incoming calls. Who will provide money to maintain servers and staff? Wired telephones, too, had a monthly rental. The request should be for an affordable voice-only pack.

    @TelecomTalk Please don't switch There is No Network in Ulhasnagar Maharashtra since yesterday evening There is No Roaming in Mumbai since ages, but these BSNL Officials are unmoved No Grievance Redressal Enough number of times raised the issue got only docket nos nothing else Waste of Money

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My SMS service has not been working for over 3 weeks.Messages fail to send despite all troubleshooting (SMSC number fixed, IMS status still Not Registered). No help from customer care.This is unacceptable I need immediate support to restore service #BSNL
