    In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

    Sir, My land line / BB connection (044-22327920) is hardly 3 month old but to my dismay the land line has not been working since 20/10/2020 whereas the BB is working. Had been to BSNL office more than 10 times, met AE @9444743742 many times but the issue remains not resolved.

    @MRLogiciann @seriousfunnyguy The issue is corporates setting up a monopoly.earlier only fixed amount of produce could be procured but now big corporates will stack for next year and farmers will be left on their mercy. Just like BSNL lost identity after jio, APMCs will shut down too.

    Ported In to bsnl on oct with 3 mnth validity frc recharge. Now says emergency calls only and 18001801503 says number not availabe. Is this how customer service is handled? mistake realised by porting to BSNL. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate My two BSNL mobile 9432386490 & 9432001258 are completely out of network coverage area for more than 24 hours now at Chakdaha, Nadia, Pin-741222, WB. Complaint no 1K3059970692 booked. Still showing No service/emergency calls only. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

So if jio is performing well, what is the need of BSNL. Shouldn't we give it to them. Why should anyone waste tax money?

    @BSNL_CHTD the broadband has been down since the last 48 hours. No response from customer care or even any info when the line will be restored. At this rate, you will lose the few customers who still want to use BSNL and not move to private providers

    @BSNLCorporate There is lot of connectivity problem in Kinwat area of nanded district of maharashtra. Since From 10 -15 day days there is no bsnl tower connectivity. People suffering from many problems.becs of many office have bsnl conection. So pls quickly solve these problem as u can as psbl
