    @bsnlpune @pgm_pune_bsnl 5th day without broadband. And I pay more than 1800 rupees every month. Will I be charged even if BSNL broadband is not working the entire month? Complaint booking is of no use unless you have somebody with some technical skills to sort it out.

    @BSNLCorporate Hope so I will get my refund till diwali. BSNL pays a fine if customer pays the bill even by 1 day delay. And they leave customer in such a tyranny.

    @BSNLCorporate I am happy with bsnl broadband service. I am taking all my words back and requesting to close all Open complaints regarding the bandwidth issue. Special thanks to SDOT BHOPAL & SEHORE for understood the problem and resolved it asap.
