    In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate my office. Teliphone no. 07612412551 is dead since last two days. Complaint is also registered in 198. But we didn't get any proper response from BSNL.

    @BharatFibreFTTH @BSNLCorporate I have shifted to new place last month.Filed complaint in local BSNL office (as per they said),to shift fiber/landline to new place.Its been more than month they haven't shifted, filed complaint 3+times,called them daily still done nothing

    We all know that very less people use bsnl even though its plans are cheaper than all other companies. The reason behind this is the neglectance of service providers. The purpose of this tweet is not to complain against bsnl, but is to bring light on this issue.

    2/2- but they always says tomorrow we are sending someone. I'm doing #WFH and living in rural area, also BSNL's nearest connection is max far is 800 meters, I'm ready to pay additional charges of wires but BSNL team doesn't shoes seriousness. @AshwiniVaishnaw ji pls help here...

    Sometimes we heard some back up issue in bsnl exchange(No Power).. Sometimes exchange cought fire.. Most of times backend problems... Really fed up with @BSNLCorporate @CGM_CTD_BSNL
