In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

@ViCustomerCare Vicustomercare service is very bad and there employees are not coporative and i will assume that vi will be decline in near by future if vi doesn't improve his services than all vi customer will shift to any other company's like airtel,jio,bsnl etc.

@BSNLCorporate u r the worst service provider ever. @HathwayBrdband ur channel provider UVC services who has also taken up bsnl Internet is a biggest scammer. Never they respond properly, neither they resolve the issues nor they understand the problem...

@BsnlExchange BSNL broadband's customer service is of course better. With network issues every 3rd day, BSNL staff resolved it quickly within few hours. Same can't be said about Alegra, as network downtime is very rare, so hardly had to be in touch with their customer service.
