    In my area (pin - 246762) the "BSNL" mobile network is very poor every time 'emergency calls only'. Please as soon as possible fix the problem.

    BSNL is the major broadband and service provider in entire Gadchiroli dist. We have a jio tower but it cant be used for internet services because its very slow. After covid we are forced to come home and continue our work from home. Now we are facing so many issues.

    Fraud reporting in BSNL compliant reporting system. My complaint 1053932848 closed without solution. Phone is dead since covid unlock,may be more than one month,called more than 50 times for solution. Better to shut down the complaint system @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan @CMDBSNL

    @MYPanwar13 At this time Uttarkashi landline no. is not working due to some issue in the BSNL line. A complaint has been raised with the bsnl office regarding the issue. As per the BSNL, this issue will be resolved in 2-3 days.

    @BSNLCorporate It is 17th June. on 16th April you said that account settlement is under process, 2 months back. To settle a simple issue of refund of Telephone deposit about 1200, how many days it takes in the normal course. Please understand that it is same laxity that made BSNL down the lane

    Beware of the fraudulent SMS asking you to call any number for verification/ download any app to update your KYC/ Aadhaar details. BSNL never ask any information through SMS from existing customers. Please dont share your personal data related to SIM KYC.🙏🙏

    Not only that all the banks, ATM and government offices use BSNL broadband. All this is stuck and we don't even know the issue. Can you please highlight this
