  It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care

  @ajayrotti Hope you using bsnl and enjoying services partially funded by tax payers.. but even I pay tax but I forced to use private school, hospital, bank, bus.but poor road, traffic, power cut, pollution are only i am enjoying from govt. i feel govt and taxation is burdens to me...

  Respected @JM_Scindia ji, 73-yr-old mother's BSNL number 945370** (10+ yrs in use, linked to Aadhaar & bank/OTPs) suddenly stopped working. Jhansi office says it's allocated to someone else & KYC was never done. Application + evidence already submitted. Please help reissue.
