    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I am trying to call adhar helpline number 1947 from my BSNL sim. BSNL said this number doesn't exist. Other service providers connect the call immediately. Customer care executive told me we have no problem lol. Should I port to private company?

    BSNL network in our area remains frequently down & even when itz available, it fluctuates. Subscribers r paying 4 services they r unable 2 use, resulting in financial loss. Immediate intervention & a permanent, longterm solution r urgently needed. @bsnl_care @lg_ladakh @dc_Kgl

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ It's been 1 month of repeatedly visiting the Pali office to restore my BSNL AirFibre connection, which was disconnected despite paying subscription. No resolution, no accountability—only endless follow-ups. Extremely poor customer service. @BSNLCUSTOMERCAR
