    @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL FTTH in Tamilnadu. Due to fiber cut in road crossing on Sunday (15.06.2025), internet service got interrupted and still it is not resolved since past 3 days. I am following up with LCO and they are keep on delaying to resolve the issue.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTelangana , I am using bsnl sim for last 12 years. From yesterday my bsnl sim stopped working without any notice. Visited the bsnl customer care store in Lingampally. Got to know the reason that number is from Telangana and aadhar is of Jharkhand.

    @bsnl_care BSNL should think about the customer management Please add the generic statements like This Recharge offer won't be available after this date ( validity is not effected by discontinuation of the current plan) It gives the consumer an ambigous situation @BsnlTelangana
