Other service providers connect the call immediately. Customer care executive told me we have no problem lol. Should I port to private company?

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

Sudheer (@sks14122000) reported@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is unable to replace stolen SIM in other states ie Rajasthan circle SIM if stolen (like me) is not available in Chennai, you have to shift all your services to another no. The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).
