Confirmed by official sources like PIB and news outlets. However, I couldn't find verified reports of private companies complaining to TRAI about it.

    Regretting my BSNL choice big time! Network's basically invisible at home, and even outdoors, it's spotty at best—signals flicker, calls drop, and messages (including emergency OTPs) never make it through. Recharged for a full year expecting reliability,

    @Ravisutanjani I ported my mom's Jio to BSNL during the freedom offer thinking their services would have improved. I was wrong. It's as ****** as it can get. When I raised a complaint about poor 4G, I was told to stay with 2G because their 4G wasn't available in our area.

    @mountain_rats Just as BSNL was advised to use Made in India equipment, the same advice may be given to Lokpal, as a matter of principle, the department is supposed to uphold anti-corruption issues.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need a help, My mom had travelled to Canada unaware of the fact that her sim would be deactivated. Now she is back to Kerala, wht is the process to activate the sim as the sim ws brought under my name and it was port with the number she had prior for BSNL
