1046867870 was never resolved. 1038013975 new complaint no pending for more than 15 days. check the status of BSNL/HQ/2019/EM-19463. Wonderful service by BSNL, no one there to listen and address the complaint. Have decided to leave u after 10yrs @PMOIndia @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

The worst was we waited 8 years to get our first phone after applying to BSNL. I do not have any sympathy for BSNL - pains they are being bailed from our money.

@BSNLCorporate The issue has been fixed. Now I'm able to login to the app and set caller tune. It's really satisfying to see that BSNL is working on customer issues.Keep it up. @AshwiniVaishnaw please make BSNL so much upgraded that it can compete with private telecom companies in coming days.
