Today this fault repeat many times after noon time. We have informed concern BSNL Seniors officer but issue not resolve yet.

Today our engineer visit and found every pair earth 14 volt dc to 50 dc. Please arrange the cable jointer team and repair the cable , restore the bsnl link.

But they have not freeze my account and I was billed for total period and meanwhile my plan was updated without my knowledge.
