How will transmitting from BSNL ISDN lines unofficially help to reach the homes ? One option that I was thinking is that content was sent outside country via Dial-up ISDN lines illegally

The LAN switch was subsequently reset, and the power supply fluctuations have now been completely rectified. The LAN switch has also been reconfigured and restored by the BSNL technical team. We regret the disruption caused to essential services and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.
