Babu Mani (@ChartWizMani) reportedBooked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician. This kind of confusion should not happen even before a connection is installed. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #BSNL #FTTH #CustomerService
