However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence. pavan kumar (@bhatpk91) reportedDay 5 with no BSNL FTTH service. Despite multiple complaints to Customer Care, the local BSNL office, DGM, and higher authorities, there is still no response or resolution. Complaint tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.
