  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH ran from pillar to post for validity recharge on my prepaid number. Can't the process be done online? Can't we have more outlets for the same? A customer facing so many problems will obviously choose another operator. What will happen to BSNL then?

  @BSNLCorporate Account- 1028406883 Device installed on 09th April. After 12th April it is not working. Raised complaint but it is closed without resolving. Bill already sent from 31st March. This is the failure reason of BSNL.

  @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCcac when calling 3g internet disconnect is one of the significant issues in Tiruppur and in many districts in Tamilnadu. I have asked about this at the BSNL office in Tiruppur, but they don't know about that. in Coimbatore and in Chennai there's no disconnection while calling in 3g.

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Daily multiple times net goes offline for atlest 3-4 hrs Sometimes shows red light. Giving high pings. This happens daily 6-7 days. Also not able to submit complaint on bsnl portal coz its showing previous complaint is pending pls solve this issue
