    @BSNLCorporate D/Sir I have chosen BSNL since the 80s(DoT). Now that my BB n LL don't work, no one needs my complaint. Why do I keep receiving my bills? Stopped paying since October. I am a doctor and one of ur employees have told me to physically visit CCC to lodge a complaint. IT HURTS!!

    @BSNLCorporate Please look into the matter. I am receiving only 10-15 Mbps speed on Rs 599/- Plan. There should be atleast 30 Mbps speed as you offered upto 60 Mbps speed in this plan. My BSNL Fiber BB Customer ID is 1026630451, State Chandigarh.

    @BSNLCorporate dear bsnl we are facing problem in b4s setup in District #Rajouri (#JammuKashmir) After complaining bsnlb4s custromer care they always told customer for backup problem in tower ! Its a request to bsnl to solve this issue.

    @CrazyMariaClara Yes, the password was not very strong. But I think the issue was from BSNL’s side, even the broadband portal was not working at that time. Not it’s working fine from last few days. #BSNL is not secure.

    @BSNLCorporate @mohit_sml Dear BSNL, Suppose if an existing Subcriber of Normal Broadband Service of BSNL, Wishes to Upgrade to Fiber Based FTTH Service, Then He needs to buy an ONT Device. BUT Does he need to pay anything extra in the form of Installation charges or Other charges to Vendors ??
