Services of Billdesk for payment of BSNL bill is totally unsatisfactory. The payment frequently doesn't get credited to your account and then you face all the problems that follow. With other UPI payments you don't face problem. Their response to emails is also not prompt.

Since last few weeks I'm experiencing very bad connectivity from @BSNLCorporate . Sometimes there is no signal, incoming messaging service not working and many other problems. Finally I'm going to leave #BSNL and joining @reliancejio or @airtelindia .
