    @BSNL_KTK My landline 08025367745 was dead and I registered a complaint on Feb 28 and was given docket no. 128460465772. Today I receive an SMS on my mobile that the problem has been resolved though my phone remains dead. Great job BSNL of customer service. Keep it up.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi. I am BSNL Fiber customer. My subscription id is 0674-2951439. I have taken Superstar Premium Plus plan. I am not getting all OTTs as per plan. Bsnl help desk telling to contact yupp TV and yupp TV is telling to contact BSNL. No one is resolving issue. Sent multiple mails.

    @BSNLCorporate Lionsgate app, Hungama, Semaroo etc not supported by yupp TV. But that is in Superstar Premium Plus plan. BSNL is not supporting for issue resolution. Then why people will go for Rs. 999 plan instead of lower value plan.

    @narendramodi @ianuragthakur Sir I ahve been following up with BSNL to resolve my internet issue. No one is helping from @BSNLCorporate , they have closed the complaint without checking with me. It's been 3months no one has solved the issue.

    @BSNL_BR My Demands: 1.Install High Speed 4G Tower at my location.There must be a 4G VoLTE Network in phone📱 3.The local BSNL office should be reopened.The BSNL SIM should be readily available at nearby vendors.Fixed Targets should be given to sell/port SIM to customer at my location.
