@BSNL_HR Sir but why not resolved my problem and as per citizen charter how many days resolved my problem. I pay to Bsnl every month 1100 rupees without services. Before one month the connection was comfortable running how.

Even after 5 days unable to use the internet due to unstable BSNL mobile signal. Nothing has been improved. The mobile handset has been reset for everyday as and when informed by BSNL customer care. It seems the root cause of Mobile tower signal transmission is not rectified.

@JioCare Kindly escalate the work order so the IP address issue within Jio network can be resolved. It has to be whitelisted. Issue is not at the router end. The same is working with Airtel and BSNL connections and not with Jio.

@rj150520 @VenkyParik BSNL was a navratna company. They had enough autonomy. They failed because they were poor in customer service. They were given $ 12 billion project to lay broadband to rural villages. They did not even do that properly. The whole starlink project estimate is $10-12 billion. ???
